Apparently Junko renamed herself Vera and Diyne renamed herself Oksana.

That's what happened on FB, but I think it's more complicated than that. Especially because Vera was mentioned before Junko changed her name.

that's not their IP; it traces back to another hosting company.

I do not think so, I think this is part of the game, I think Vera had died also with the packages together, the game continues with the new video, other clues that appear, I'm sure.
