 		I've got most of a solve for GOAEAA LM NNIIH SKNQ KCZ

Reversing vigenere to DUNCAN gives
DUNCAN IS ALIVE x FIND HIM
But only when you add a letter to the original (see "x")
Error in the original or in my process??

I dont know, it could just as easily be Monroe posting his wanted add. I think we have to wait for at least one more post (or if there is a lack of posts) to see if Connor has gotten control.

The name of the image is monroewanted.jpg. Im pretty sure Connor has control of it, I see no reason monroe would post a wanted poster for himself, especially when he's trying to stay hidden.

That explains alot. I was getting rather bored and about to duck out, but I'm guessing our PM is just sick, and cant keep up. Ill lurk a bit longer:)

Still, unless he was hospitalized, it isnt too hard to tweet:
Experiments put on hiatus, lab to reopen [date]. wait for further notice.

He must be deathly sick to not be able to acess the internet while he was home. My opinion though :]
