There's a lot of interesting stuff here. Unfortunately I don't have time to do a full translation just yet, maybe someone else can if they have some time.

The first page is a testimony from an OMON officer on duty near Derbent, Dagestan about a terrorist attack, probably the same one mentioned in the other documents (Oksana's attempted stroller bomb).

The second page we have already seen before, and is the beginning of Rhea's confession. The only new information here is related to the fact that this appears to be a screencap of A-T internal software system. We have the name of the user, "Natan Dubovitsky", and we can narrow down where he was accessing the system from by looking at the timestamps in the top right. The third page is possibly the most interesting and looks like a vulnerability report for the Alkino-2 Yamantau Mountain facility. I've translated this page because it's really interesting:
