hi,
i'm new to this, so don't be bad to me
one of the Wongmo letters is from Jerry Seinfeld, although signed by one "Jessica".
"From: J. S.
Dear Wongmo: speaking of dolphins, is this Chicken or Tuna in this can? Because I thought it was tuna, but the label says 'Chicken of the Sea'. WTF? Love, Jessica"
i remembered a jerry seinfeld joke about this.

The JS stands for Jessica Simpson. It's a reference to her little MTV show which basically shows her to be a total idiot.

And I am like "how in the H3LL DID SHE GET THAT FAR!"
I guess there is no accounting for taste...another example of a glitch in OUR matrix! lelellelee

Re: [UPDATE] Wongmo Letters - 18-10-03 A couple of answers - if only to tie up loose ends.
Probably because to do an Iron On T-shirt, you print the reversed image onto a backing sheet and iron it on from the other side.
Though my Printer does the reverse itself when you tell it its for a T-shirt so I'd have to flip it back before printing.
Again it could be so you don't have to mess about, you just print a sheet full.

, also note the date is written backwards in the link, might be something, might be nothing....
Fairly common practice I'm afraid, by writing dates in the format YYMMDD, files are listed chronologically when sorted alphabetically.
Damn, I seem to be spending more time debunking than solving lately

The flipped version of wongmo gave me a new word!
Mouawo
Am I the only one to see that ( http://www.wongmo.org/wongmore/images/wongmoheartsme.jpg )?
But I don't know what to do with that I tried it as a domain name (.net, .com and .org) and as a subdirectory name on wongmo site. But maybe it could work on another one.

Googling for Mouawo, the only result was this. WTF?
http://www.centrohd.com/words/111.htm
It's not a game site, but they could be doing what they did with the photos... It certainly LOOKS like something could be concealed here!

Oh, and I just compared the iron-on thumbnail to the full version... Aside from the flip, the only difference is that the thumbnail is exactly 1/3 the size. If you resize then flip between them in Photoshop or something, there's no real difference, except for the thumbnail being grainier.
I don't know about stegging or headers, but in terms of graphical content--nothing hidden or changed in the thumbnail.

Odd Site.. Maybe its some sort of bottrap or something, or maybe its so anything you search for points to them? I dunno..
http://www.centrohd.com/words/010a.htm is a series of numbers from 1000000 to 1009998.
Lotsa odd stuff, probably not game related..

I'm happy to see I'm not the only one that sees this word
I agree the page found is weird and can be not game related. But remember how the katgirl's password was found. It was using informations in pages that are not game related. So there is maybe something to find there...

And you'll see it

hmm... now I see it but it seems like kind of a stretch because you have to turn it upside down and flip it... There is nothing that to suggest that we have to do that in order to find a new word... WOW upside down and backwards is MOM....

there is a mention in Wongmo's letters about cake batter being folded over. Anyone try folding the image, or combining the backwards image and the normal one??

that's an idea, like the old Mad Magazine fold over images.... maybe the disconnected dolphin makes a new image.... I have tried it a couple times but haven't come up with anything that jumps out at me yet.

I wrote one. I wrote one of the letters, the one from N.D.
I'm Nick Douglas, and I go by Popageorgio online. It's my newest moniker (past ones include Decaf Silicon and Scot Watson). I registered popageorgio.com recently, so you can "whois" me at GoDaddy and find out my address and phone number. (Yeah, sucks for me, but it's the law.)
Popageorgio.com just has a placeholder until I revamp my blog (http://decafsilicon.blogspot.com ) and move it there.
They edited my letter. Damn, damn, damn! I deleted my original. I linked Wongo to some Wongos that I'd googled. It's a Buddhist name, not too rare. Typical hippie name.
So if Wongmo's using real e-mails, the results may have no significance. They seem like comic relief to me.
