Mm get a feel from the player base, but I would suggest going retroactive. I don't think there's too much over the last 8 pages, at least not from what I could tell, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

However, should the Twitter account just include major changes or every change?

Only major changes...And i'd say to wait till the game really gets going. Right now BB is just playing with us to keep us interested (which i dont mind in the slightest) Very Happy

Also, Ryutso, can i suggest you change the title of the topic to [Trailhead] Sunshine Mine, or something similar? Might help people actually look at the thread.

Yeah I do, but we'd have to say what qualifies as a major change.

Obviously the adding of new characters (Shana and her dad Craig) is big, but the emails from Iris and the picture/song changes don't seem that big.

Cool - sent the request. Thanks for doing this, it'll be pretty helpful. Also - maybe you should link the Sunshine Mine website, rather than the forums.. just a thought... /shrug. Not that it makes much difference I suppose.

 		Haven't heard from Craig or Iris either, but Shanna emailed me earlier today:

Laughing No idea, I haven't been a teenager in far longer than I'd like to admit, but Classy is good at adapting like that - so I'm glad she's the one communicating with her.
Although I have been tempted to try to do so myself, to see if it helps get us anywhere.

 		A few thoughts.
I took some time to review all of the email conversations in detail. This is what I believe to be occuring:

- The writing styles from the IG characters are eerily similar to that of I'm Sorry. BB and/or his cohorts are definitely involved. There is no question.
- This is following a very similar pattern to I'm Sorry - there is significant early game character involvement to lay down a backstory and keep interest. Where I believe this will be different is that the backstory will converge with puzzle based ARGing at some point.
- The AI theory is sound, as is the eco theory, and to take it one step further I believe the two to be intermingled. "saline memory" and the reference to fluid mechanics indicates some sort of biocomputing integration.
- "Global Warming is a scam", "Climate Change is Killing us All", "Heating up in 2010"... i have three theories: 1) an unforseen effect of global warming has caused biocomputers to malfunction, resulting in some sort of pandemic. 2) because humans are so "clever" we figured out a way to combat global warming through some sort of process that requires a "Sunshine Mine", on or off planet, and something has gone terribly wrong (possibly an alien virus infecting our technology). 3) we are terraforming another system in order to evacuate the system because the effects of global warming are genocidal. a similar problem in theory 2 exists.
