Hey hope you mind a noob jumping in here but there is a new picture and new song on the site.

Actually it is an old picture it looks like the picture on page one of this thread. The song is the Bill Withers classic, "Ain't No Sunshine". I always thought it was a little redundant. Smile

Sorry it's taken so long to respond after I got that gag order. I intend to sign it and send it back. Just had to get a copy of Adobe Pro (thanks to work) so that I could edit/sign and send it back. I have yet to do it - but plan on doing it sometime today as soon as I can get my scanner up and running.
I can't recall whom, but someone brought up the point of whether I'd be able to share information with our little collective or not. Maybe I'll clarify that question before I send in anything to them. Twisted Evil

Either way I'll get it sent. And you might be wondering wtf I'm doing up so early - well the kids are sick and woke me up. Soooo - here I sit hah!

Shanna's mentioned a couple of times that she lives in South Dakota - Black Hills area (mining country, incidentally). Actually, the agreement is between Party B and "F William Ipswitch" -- assuming that's not "Craig," he's probably in Ohio. Or maybe the "owner of the information," IRT is in Ohio.

From a purely what-a-real-lawyer-might-do-perspective, it's also possible that Ohio just has more favorable law. Smile

ETA: On the subject of sharing with us, isn't the rule here that these forums are OOG? I would expect that if you ask Craig about sharing with us, the answer will be a resounding "NO," but... :pouts: you should anyway! Very Happy

All excellent ideas - and I was thinking along the same lines. I was simply going to reply back to him, requesting an addendum to the order, requesting any and all that received emails from Iris - be allowed to be discussed amongst ourselves within this forum.
I'm sure if I give it enough thought I could think of something suitably lawyer-speakish (I initially went to college to become a lawyer *polishes fingernails on shirt*) Laughing

But I'm sure it shouldn't be much of a problem. The only reason I'm considering doing this - is because if I were the only one to sign the gag order, that would make me the point of contact at this one - which kinda takes the fun out of it for everyone else, and if someone else were to email this guy about something "sensitive"...

I dunno. I'll give it some more thought - and once I drop my kids off for the weekend I'll dive into it.

Which leads me to a question to the list to clarify something there is a mention in this thread about 2 songs on one picture Angel and My Body. But then Angel is repeated later by itself.

Am I reading that correctly?
