I don't want to speak for anyone else, but I'm guessing that a lot of people aren't interested in continuing to bang their heads against this wall. Bang Head

On a related note, I thought I'd summarize what I've been trying on the Messed Up puzzle so that, in case the PM just doesn't think we're trying hard enough to give us more clues. Apologies for the stream-of-consciousness word vomit:

I have googled Lindsay Bleu and the two commenters, to no avail. Ron Melies (or whatever) shares a last name with a French film director whose most famous film was "A Trip to the Moon." If the speaker is saying "cruel beauty" an anagram could include YouTube (could even be "A YouTube Name: Clair" but that goes nowhere (see below)), so I have searched YouTube for users, videos, or channels including: Blue Moon, Moonlight, Clair de Lune, Clair, Claair, Claire, Claire de Lune, Lindsay Bleu, Lindsay Blue, Moon, Trust in the Moonlight, and "Trust in the" (this list hereinafter referred to as "the Terms"). If the speaker is saying "cool diety" an anagram could include DailyMotion, so I searched DailyMotion for the Terms. The "big pond" references could mean some kind of social network, so I looked for the Terms on Facebook and MySpace (sidenote - there is a "Lindsay Bleu" on MySpace - no info on the profile, but her profile ID is a number: 493689044...which I can't get anything out of, so I'm guessing this is coincidence). There are a lot references in the hints for this puzzle to the "big pond" so I've looked for any website that allows user submission and involves a pond or fish. Only real candidate so far are couple of Christian dating websites and SnapFish, but as far as I can tell there's no way to search for users generally in SnapFish. Did I mention that I have also googled the Terms? I've also looked for websites that allow users to join or post that involve any variation on "cruel beauty" I can think of - in case it's a riddle and not an anagram. I also checked Vimeo for the Terms. And searched YouTube for "cruel beauty" "cruel diety" etc.

This is probably not everything, but maybe it will trigger something for someone, or at least a cluebat (Ironically, "cluebat" is also a possible partial solution when anagramming Smile ).

I agree with jessie. I feel like we've tried everything. This clue is making us go in circles.

And on top of that we don't even know if they're saying "I am on a cruel beauty", "full beauty" and whatever else it sounds like he's saying.

It's just really frustrating.

Right I'm trying to jump back in after about 30 pages out so here i go.

Why do you not think its: trust in the moonlight? trust = clue 1 moonlight= clue 2 in the = clue 3+4 (I'm not putting clues in number order)

just think we need to use it in the right place

EDIT: I am also trying to anagram trust in the moonlight but no luck so far

Yeah, I wonder if some people already figured it out and in the latest message it says not to tell anyone the solution. Probably not, but it's always possible.

i actually thought that same thing lol but yeah i doubt it. could be they r just waiting for someone else to solve it. or they r workin on it on their own.

and im not happy with "trust in the moonlight" because i belive the 2 in 1 clue is the video and music. i dont belive that "thine" would really be seen as a viable clue.

I think it definitely could be Trust in the Moonlight, but I haven't had any luck trying it anywhere -- I hope you do!

If the final soultion requires another anagram...

I admit that that's exactly what I'm doing. I don't have the time to let myself be immersed in this right now, so I don't have too much to say.

However, we haven't heard from Louis in a bit. Where ya at, buddy?
