seymours video and check cashing

Has anyone seen this sight?

Go towards bottom of page where the have a blue circle with checkmark and a link to staff recommendations. They recommend such movies as Black Box Murders, The Blood Oranges, Peter Pan...etc.

some other boards have been to "seymour's".
if you go to http://myvideostore.com/join/ and http://www.myvideostore.com/ you can see that for the low low price of $10 a month, anyone can establish an online video store.
I haven't seen any new information, so it kinda looks like a fan site.
Although I have been wrong before.
