Is the filmed location Alex's house? Some of the Entries gave us an inside-looking-out perspective on his house, so we might be able to ID it if necessary.

"bleed more" is a very callous response to Alex's apparent plight in Entry 14. It may give us insight to totheark's identity, or at least his/her personality.

Entry 14 started up like a movie projector, and Program sounds like a movie projector. Also, Slender Man shows up in Entry 14 around 0:18, which is the length of Program.

CLOSELY is upper-case, while bleedmore is lower-case. I tried my hand at the grille thing:

One more crazy grille attempt. Converted the single closely/bleedmore grid to ascii codes, then applied the Program grid:

That's one hell of a crazy theory, but I'm not sure if something that fits that perfectly can be a coincidence. You should message totheark about it and see what his response is.

Fits. I have no reason to believe it's part of the grilles, but the 8 letter sequence fits perfectly.

That might have some relevancy, seeing as it is probably not a coincidence that TOTHEARK fits the grille pattern. I would try using TOTHEARK, CLOSELY, and BLEEDMORE. maybe something will come up?

Noticed in the Regards video, that there are 2 lots of / sections that appear on screen. the first is 12x12 the second is 15x15.

Someone mention the grilles are meant to be square, so this sparked my interest.

I then thought that the text from operator could fit into this some how and tried to line it up as best I could into the 15x15

It doesn't work with the alignment from the video, I layered the frames over the top of each other in PS and lined up the text in the gaps using that.

Copy it out into notepad and it will line up correctly, one thing i noticed also is the spelling of stillness

Interesting, but ultimately insignificant note: The extra s' remind me of the weird way that GMan, from the Half-Life series, talks.. He's also a creepy guy in a suit, whose intentions we ultimately do not understand...

Then maybe that 11x11 is the one we need to focus on. The others might just be there to throw us off, so try and focus on 11x11.
