Hi guys
Been lurking here, on 4chan and jeuvideo.com for this ARG

First of all, can someone explain me how they found the full name of the poem + author in this blurry mess ? I think that linking the braille with Robert Frost might be an error, but maybe someone can explain me how they extracted the characters from the smudge.

Next, I have an idea that might help you. People thinks that this ARG is linked to the youtube video by IW8TP. From this video, we know that PM is from ohio.
French guys from jv.com found a relationship between the site and a Chartres Labyrinth in Westlake, Ohio.
- Here's what I think : "water rushing to the west" > Westlake.
- Chartres' Labyrinth is not a maze, it's a complicated path, but there's no crossroads, only one way : forward.
- Maybe the braille "east and west collides" means that there's only one way, in the "center"...

I'll let you think about it, that's just ideas from the top of my head.
