Well isn't it just a simple equation? Maybe it means 6:28 UTC converted into GMT, then minus 1 hour to find n, maybe our time for the password?

How can you save it as a pic, it won't let me

 		Looks like a third eye, very mystic egyptian theme going on.

Anagram's wrong then?

Pumped it into an anagram solver (cheating a bit, but hey) and one thing that stuck out amongst the crap was instrument or instruments, don't know if that's a help but I could be a start.

 		The glyphs don't look like any hieroglyphics I've ever seen. The only ones I can connect to the standard hieroglyphic alphabet is the eagle. Confused But what do I know.

 		I think we gotta make sure the anagram has been transcribed correctly from the glyphs and then get that figured out.. apparantly we're -DOING IT WRONG- Cool
