EDIT: also this reminds me of a computer science class I took, the dash meant that the pathway was connected, hence reaching the binary threshold of 1...but that was my professor's notation. I think words were binary sets of 8 digits, currently trying to find something to decipher that...

That is true, but I would think that they want us to believe that IG, totheark has access to those videos only.

Anyway, my ascii theory isn't really going anywhere, I'm going to try and reverse it and edit with the update.

My work so far: [binary > dec > ascii]

Yes, but what else could it be, besides a viral campaign (I have in-depth knowledge of virals, and this is NOT a viral) or just something fun to do?

I think you guys are overlooking that the string of 0's and -s could just be representing Slender Man, since the wall of text in front of his head is exactly where Slender Man is when he's revealed staring in the alleyway.

Nice, but I think it's simpler than that. I'm thinking this is a key, a Rosetta stone. Like in the "Program" video. Each set of zeroes is a binary number and they're ordered 0 through 10.

08 and 80
04 and 40
02 and 20
01 and 10

If this is so the numbers go from 0 to 10 and when applied to "Program" it spells YAMA three times.

I am pretty pretty sure this is a timer or a counter (also the words at the start say 'tick tock'). Almost, at least. To make it clearer, you can turn each one counterclockwise by 90 deg, and then the '-'s look just like ones. Then the (top row of the) figures read 0000, 0001, 0010, 0011, 0100, 0101, 0110, 0111, 1000, 1001, i.e. pretty much counting in binary. Only that the last figure is

which, if we assume that the second row is a continuation of the first, it reads 10000, i.e. 16 in binary. I'm not sure why there is a jump though.

Also the binary in the description actually converts to 55, only the last four digits actually convert to 7, as claimed.

I'm pretty sure this can also be applied to the bleedmore thing, working on it.

Brilliant. Thank you so much. I can't help but feel the position of "tick tock" being upside down is important. Perhaps we should look at this upside down? or backwards.

Being a countdown/count-up makes sense. Maybe to another message from J?
