i too tried the big bang theory to my kuku and got no results. i have since read that no such thing is needed. many have reported that it fell apart in their hands.
i think i know the opening mechanism, but have yet to discover the proper method for applying it.
as of late i have been busy working on my silver revomaze. a far more intruigining and stimulating puzzle.

Could use some help I've had this puzzle for over a week and can't seem to get anywhere with it.
It feels like there's a token inside and it feels like 2 additional "metal bits" in the same chamber.
The bits do not seem like ball bearings... maybe cylindrical or cube-shaped pellets?
Has anyone managed to get anywhere with this?

i ended up giving mine to a friend who needed a gift for her dad 'tonight' and havent reordered yet. however, your discriptions sounds right on. i think the metal bits are pins. in my theory, the pins are the easy part. once you have them properly aligned, the hard part is convincing the thirds to come apart as they are inter connected. again, all theory here.

I recently recieved a USA isis. Thus, I also recieved a Kuku. However, my puzzle was built unproperly, making the pieces jam and be unmovable(the gold piece protrudes. Nothing moves.) A friend who also got one has his pieces move(so I assumed mine was broken.) Because my puzzle was 'free', will they still take it back and fix it?

they should. mind you my ramisis took entirely too long to get fixed. so i'd return it, but dont expect it back for at least a month (plus shipping both ways).

Are the pieces supposed to move? My puzzle is very similar to how you described it. The gold piece is protruding past the others and it seems to be jammed. I just assumed it was meant to be that way. Is there any way to unjam it or fix it? can anyone advise? I'm gonna be a bit annoyed if I have spent all this time working on a faulty puzzle.

Yes, they are. As I said, a friend also purchased one, although his moved. So yeah, I assume both of ours are broken. Which sucks...

ya know i know faulty puzzles are a SW standard, but i didnt think that was going to be the case for the Kuku.
I dont mean to post inappropriately, but how is it that SW produces all these puzzles and has so many friggin' issues when they have a whole team?
Chris Pitt does the RevoMaze as a one man team (im sure his wife and son help), and never one problem. not one! i just dont get it.

Turns out my Kuku wasn't broke. It did take a little persuading to open but I got it. After three weeks of fussing with the darn thing it just all popped.
