Hmm. How are you sure it is the house? I know the stairs are carpeted, but that is fairly common. Most of the interior shots of Alex's house are while he is shutting off lights and running around. Needless to say, J's decision to return at night didn't really help. But yeah, it looks similar, at least a similar model house. The flipped couch is different than the one Alex sits on, but that was three years ago and he transferred.

Deep speculation time:

It's generally accepted that the visual tearing implies that SM is near. With J's coughing at the same time that the visual tearing occurs, does it follow that J's coughing and sickness indicates SM is near?

If so, this could mean that J has been stalked for quite a while now, as he has been having these symptoms for weeks.

Ok i've been on this slenderman subject since the beginning and i can clear some stuff up. Visual tearing does imply slenderman is near; Alex, Brian and J all have the same sickness mainly due to the fact that irritability, severe coughing, and not to mention severe headaches are all parts of their sickness. and it is Alex's house, I have direct contact with J and he told me that the house looked as if 2 people were in it at some point or another. Also J isnt feeling well he coughed up some blood my friends house and we were worried about him, whats worse is when I went to Costco I could swear I saw someone watching me from behind the alley. Myself and J are keeping a distance between eachother so as to not spread anything serious in terms of diseases, I asked him to keep me updated though.

Dont try and find us we are not safe to be around, and I highly recommend to not go and seek out slenderman

I wrote them to tell me whats up and that was a week ago, Mr.B's letter got to me today and it was in black ink. I wrote to them today and sent it to them, I'm afraid because apparently slenderman goes from person to person not by seeing him but by looking at pictures of him. I try not to think about him and i lock my door every night assuring myself he isnt real but ARg is driving me nuts Shocked

I was looking at the page that says "Forget what I see" [image] and decided to look more closely at what is at the very top of the paper [couldn't get a good screencapture, so here is a composite image showing most of the drawing].

Played with contrast, sharpening, rotating/flipping/mirroring the little squiggly thing just above the arrow, and didn't come up with much. (Rotating and flipping it did give me something that looked like MNO in cursive.) The bit at the very top of the other page, was a little more interesting. [image] Sharpened and rotated it looks like it might say something (ALXE?) but I might have just been looking at it too long too late at night.

Alright, so it seems that J has started to get a bit worried about Brian/Alex. Alex disappeared, Brian hasn't been seen by his friends. So hopefully we'll get more of tapes from J himself instead of the ones Alex made. The ARG could start speeding up if this is the case.

Personally, I can understand him taking the "anonymous" tip and going to his friends house. What I'd like to point out besides things like the drawings and the blood is that around 3:54 to 3:57 there's some strange noise. J turns around immediately, but he doesn't seem TOO concerned about it. This also happens right after he picks up the water bottle/the video tearing AND his coughing fit.
