2) Umm, again looking at Entry 14, Slenderman is TALL. The guy has to bend down to get in a generic doorway. Why is it that Tim is taller than him in this video? It's very strange, as I do believe he's on a ground floor. Also, why does Tim keep looking at the camera so directly when he's talking to Alex? It's not fitting in my head.
As for your second, I think that even if they were on the first floor, it's possible that they would still be higher off the ground than somebody would be who was looking in the window.

Thissss.
There's also this thing called perspective.

anyways, about him being headless...

isn't he just behind the tree/leaves?

That is a good point, but even so, you should be able to get a glimpse inbetween, because I don't believe it's that thick with leaves it's all left out.
And to me it looks like he's in front of the tree. The leaves in the windows doesn't go as high to cover his face.

Either way, I saw it somewhat clearly last night in the ("preview") picture TheAtroxius posted in the picture thread.
Looking back at it now it doesn't pop out as much, but I can still kinda see it.
Seems to be tilting (backwards as well), mostly hidden by the window thing

I think most of the reason his face is obscured it because we're not meant to see his face. In a video where SM is just standing still, fairly close to the camera, we would finally be able to see his face, if not for those pesky leaves. It's just a film device, meant to keep SM unknown and obscured.

ACTUALLY, the area around the face is shopped.

Like blurred and smudged out.

You know, that's what I thought I saw in some of the previous entries (like entry 13). Reminds me of photoshop's smear tool, though to do that through a moving mass of leaves and branches in entry 17 sounds like a lot of work. OOG, it seems like SM's face is not just a mask (unless the mask was designed to look photoshopped?). IG, maybe Slender Man's face isn't just a white blob, but is instead hidden by a distortion field.

I attached the picture totheark drew at the end of Advocate, since it seems to be drawn with the same set of tools. Probably no connection, but I felt like bringing it up.

I'm going to try and fiddle with the brightness for one of the first few frames of the video, where it's too bright to see anything outside the window, just to check if Slendy is there.I'll post what I end up with.

EDIT:I've done the best I can with my somewhat limited Paint Shop Pro skills, and even with the contrast heavily messed with,it doesn't look like he's there.

Nah, I'm pretty sure SM wasn't in the first location at all.

As for the head, I think a good part of it was also obscured by the slats on the window, or whatever their technical name is. His head is light in color, therefore blending against the light background, and also partially blocked from view.

That's how I see it, anyhow.

It might just be me, but this makes it look like it was most definitely on the ground floor (the first bit, anyways). You can clearly see the tree's shadow on the ground outside the window, especially in the second image.

I agree with you. They are on the ground level. But for the people say Slenderman is short just remember that there is a 1'-2' footing on houses for the 1st(ground) level with a basement.

holy muffins. there IS a guy in entry # 9 that i never noticed was there.

he's the guy who stops the camera, and alex gets ticked off at. i never noticed that until hyenagod's post. when you mess around with the brightness of the entry when the slender man enters alex's room, you can see the slender man's hairline it seems. and the hairlines looked like they matched to me, but i could be wrong.

Eh. Slender man is supposed to be bald. The "hairline" you saw I think was probably just some kind of shadow cast by the doorframe.

Don't get me wrong, I like the idea of SM turning others into beings like him, but for this particular series, it just...doesn't seem applicable at all.

Anyway, the Unnamed Camera Dude is maybe an inch or two taller than Alex. Whatever entered Alex's room (I like to assume it's SM, but there's been debate on the subject) was like, whoa tall. I don't think Camera Dude would have to duck through the doorframe to enter that room.

Still, as of yesterday, I'm an avid supported of Camera Dude=TTA. I just don't think he's also SM. That'd be just...convoluted.

OOG: I don't want to seem like a downer or like I'm trying to dissuade you all from checking every detail - something I honestly don't have the patience for - but I don't think doing stuff like messing with colors, contrast, and brightness will help. Not that being thorough is bad! It astounds me how awesome you all are at doing this. It's just, if you're making low- to no-budget videos like this for a game, I doubt they'd intentionally hide things that require us to mess with contrast and things like that. I mean, that would require quite a bit of effort on their part. I mean, maybe I'm totally wrong. Just a thought. Sorry if I seem like a negative Nancy. Razz

Actually, this is kind of why I don't make as many posts as I used to. I just feel it unnecessary to go through all the trouble to put something in the videos like that, only to have people find them not three hours after the video went up. Having said that, I do lurk unforum at LEAST sixteen times every three hours, so everyone...KEEP UP THE WORK! lol.
