So we have Green passes for wealthy investors, red for employees of ARC, and then two more colors for Government and Other. The blue we see is probably Other.

Now the question is are the Ambassadors on that chopping block from Isabella's document ("there is no lottery") or are we included in the "Others" section. We spread the word for TheIHC and get left to the destruction. Although that is the usual betrayal scenario, lol.

I think that was the shortest post election honeymoon ever.

The one thing I'm puzzled about is why the IHC went public in the first place. Did they start off with good intentions and then were corrupted? Maybe, but it sounds like the tickets existed all along. Was the IHC just a clever marketing ploy to get the attention of the rich and powerful? and the ambassadors, storefronts, lottery, and the puzzles and election? that's layers of deception and distraction that are pretty agressive.

This plan to save only the rich and powerful seems doomed to failure. Don't they know what happened to the Golgafrinchans?

It could be that they originally planned for it to be real, but then realized the profit in making the seats for sale.

Or, they needed the lottery as a cover, because they are building some huge vessels, and you can't keep that quiet.

It would actually be easier to take the ambassadors as blue passholders because we promoted the IHC. What there was 30 of us?
