 		I'm wondering: It seems sort of inevitable (or am I reading this wrong) that Alex is going to go sign up with Rossum. Perhaps we should encourage? We're losing contacts by the day, and leads are certainly slow in coming...

Thoughts?

 		Ok, I think I've figured out the identity of the second "Hunter, R" on Rossum's list of people. Apologies if this was obvious or already determined.

The Chairman of the current Spectrin is "Robert A. Hunter", as seen on his About page. He joined the company in 1987, became Chairman in 1997. Sara calls him Bobby.

But who did the investigation of case 59002 in 1962-63? Bobby sent them to Sara, but surely he didn't do the investigation back then, that would make him far too old. The notes from Sara on the Spectrin intranet show that the investigator met with William Morrow on Feb 11, 1963...The notes were prepared by "Robert J. Hunter".

So I propose that current Spectrin Chairman Robert A. Hunter is the son of Robert J. Hunter, who was an investigator back in the sixties. RJH is probably of a similar age as William Morrow. RAH graduated from college in 1979, putting his birthdate somewhere around, oh, 1957. So RAH is around 52 years old.

One of the company founders was Augustus Hunter. It wouldn't surprise me if RAH's middle name is Augustus.

No clue if this means anything or not, but it seems clear that Bobby isn't the only R Hunter that's in danger of disappearing.

Where is Robert J. Hunter now?

 		The other R Hunter is supposed to be Robert's sister Rachel. Sara apparently was cited in a book written in 1930 (and published in 1955) so there's definitely some interesting things going on timewise. Robert A Hunter may actually be Augustus Hunter, changing his name every few decades.

Ah, yes, yes. Good points.

Any chance that Thomas Frederic de Lard is "actually" Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, the one who wrote the book (The Phenomenon of Man) Sara's research was mentioned in? The names have similar rhythms.

And PTdC initially proposed the concept of "The Omega Point"...Alpha leads to Omega? Or does Omega lead to Alpha?

Interesting. I think Alex had commented on wishing she was back in Canada a couple times lately.

Another thing she's brought up a couple times is the book "Encyclopedia of an Ordinary Life". Do we have any idea why it might be important? I looked into it a little, and found references to purple flowers and anagrams.

 		Huh? So because it's put together by the people who put together WhyIWatch it definitely isn't official? That's a bit of a logic leap. Isn't it possible Whedon et. al are working with the people who did WhyIWatch? They are a design group after all and had already proven they were big fans and had the talent. Seems like it would make sense.

I mean, sure it could be just a fan made thing, but I don't actually see proof one way or the other. Considering io9 links to whedonesque that just links back here... well, they're just going on what we already knew.
