Are you actually suggesting that British and Australian people talk like Gollum? Because that is what it looks like you are suggesting.

Sod off, ya bloody wanker.

Actually it's royalty that uses "we" and "us" in the singular, on a regular basis. It's meant to signify that that one person is representative of an entire nation. It's not a British thing.

In Gollum's case, he's a schizophrenic. He also carries on complete conversations with himself. Which means that TTA might be a schizo - it would make sense.

Dude, I'm AUSTRALIAN. It says so right under my profile pic .__.

We say things like "Give us a look?" Not asking for a physical 'look' or from an actual 'we', it means, 'May I take a look at (THING)?'. Perhaps it used to be a royal thing, but it's kind of every day for me.

Sorry I'm so adamant.. in short, that was not what I was saying.

But it would be funny if it was.. Or if secretly, all Aussies walk around talking to themselves like Gollum.. No, we just use improper english.

I know.

But still. Another thing about Aussies: INTENSE NATIONAL PRIDE.

EDIT because double posting is stupid:
Anyway, I highly doubt that TTA himself is schizophrenic or British, but may well be part of one of the character's schizophrenia, if that makes sense.

Strangely enough, I think that TTA is completely sane.

DOUBLE EDIT: I was more saying that BAAAAAWWWWSTRALIA! stuff to what awakeasaurus said, hence the Gollum comment. After rereading it, I see why you'd tell me to be calm.

ALSO: These Chips Ahoy cookies taste terrible. Did they change recipes??!

Oh god no. I haven't ad cookies in a long time, but Chips Ahoy are my favorite.

I'm very angry, and I'm going to blame everything on Troy and he is doing a terribe job editing these cookies. Seriously, Troy, if you're reading this, you can do better.

No, not at all, quite the opposite in British English in fact. "Give us a [x]" is actually a very informal construction - at least, if you used it outside of an informal context you'd look dead common. So not the sort of sense you'd use it in when you're making a foreboding, threatening speech.

Thats what I said? Also, TTA isn't British.. Or is he?!

But if you think informal Brits/Aussies aren't scary, then you haven't seen Wolf Creek. He's like Crocodile Dundee on a baaaaaad trip.

And nationalism is way cool. Cooler than your silly American cookies. SERIOUSLY THESE TASTE LIKE NEWSPAPER.

Oh god dammit. I never noticed.

Anyway, I'd like to call into attention the obvious allusions to eyes here, which has been a huge motif of TTA's.

I think at some point, I'm going to go through all of TTA's videos and categorize ones with certain types of text. Off the top of my head, you have the 8-bit text, the normal text, and blurry text. I'd be interested in going through and seeing if any of the videos have anything in common. I think it'd be interesting if there was a rotation of people that use the account, and the different sorts of texts was an indicator of who was using it.

Memories is driving me nuts.

What's getting me is the figure drawn on the swing. The video in general seems pretty straightforward. TTA is calling Jay out for wasting two years and not accomplishing anything. I think the headlight looking thing is supposed to be a "Deer in the headlights" thing- saying Jay was faced with this and just froze.

The figure, though. If I had to take a guess, it's not supposed to represent anyone in particular. The stars for eyes, though. TTA's fascination with eyes make me think it's something more, but the only thing I can figure is that the eyes are meant to represent some sort of fascination, and the Operator symbol means that people get drawn in...? Or something. I dunno.

As far as I can tell, we don't really know anything. We are purely in the realm of speculation, I think.

theres only two times jay has seen slendy. one in the entry when he's in the "doom basement" and the other in entry 40. entry 43 also takes place in rosswood park, so i don't think slendy seeked out jay, more like jay stumbled upon slendy.

I think there's more to the operator symbol appearing on tree stumps and stuff than we seem to think.

At the red tower, in the basement, 40 and technically in 17.
