 		Perhaps I am blind, but I see no reference to Yoshida Medical. The only tie I see to Cloverfield is a post on Jan 18 referencing a comet from two years ago...Two years being 1-18-08. The girl that is blogging has been an account since 2008. I am sad to say but I think this might be fake. In addition, the blogger on 500Rads has been "On Blogger Since October 2007".

I dunno if it's fake, someone figure this out
I dunno who Hal is or who Sakura is. I know HAL has something to do with radiation. Sukura means cherry blossom, which reminds me of something I read here during all the Clovie fuss. She did mention YMR and biomarine technology. Is this Hal person just pulling our chain?

 		So I was looking around that blog for 500rads on my Google Reader since I'm working on school stuff and let me tell you: whatever it is, it's almost creepy.

And take a close look at this picture. A few noteable things...
-At the top, our "county of incident" is Manhattan, New York
-Near the bottom, we have a name. "John Garrettie". Also part of another name. "Harold McCor-". The rest is blocked by the photo.
-Part of a phone number. Area code is 212.

Maybe i'm looking into this too much, but hey. I want another arg/viral from J.J.

 		The second name actually looks more like "Harold McCon-," which is interesting, 'cause one of Cloverfield's special effects technicians was Harold McConnell, Jr.

 		Much as I want this to be real, do you really think a viral site would contain post-titles that directly allude to the film (We've Got A Bite! etc), a clear reference to the two year anniversary, and most damningly of all, a picture of Lizzy Caplan and Matt Reeves on set?
Me thinks this is the work of a bored fan.

 		I'm thinking, the only way this can be real is if the Cloverfield sequel features the original movie as a part of the plot, since the blog features that production photo. Which is ironic, since the footage in the original movie IS a part of the plot, but not the movie, itself.

 		Okay, here's what I'm thinking. Harold McConnell, who helped with CF's effects, started a personal blog, seemingly about random stuff but with certain things that symbolically connect to CF, like the lucky coin with the clover on it. Then, this real-life guy gets bitten and it gets infected and everything he's blogged about happens...though, I'm assuming it probably isn't as real as he is.

If it is sequel-related and he's not just doing this to be distracting, then the Cloverfield sequel must be something WAAAAAAAAAY outside the box. I mean, really...if it is, then it has to be self-referencing and everything, since it would be a sequel that pretty much mentions itself. I believe that's unheard of.
