The sound is definitely a song. Idk about distortion though. May be an experimental song. However the claps/snaps sound like they were added in. There's also a voice that sounds like gibberish which leads me to believe we should slow down the audio.

Just popping my head in. There are more things in the video frames. At 32 seconds there is another frame of binary (same is at 28 sec). Also, it appears to me that a lot of the vertical film lines may actually be morse code, but they are hard to read.

ETA - more binary at 12 sec.

Binary at 12 sec translates to:
.htxgjuv bs hwqqyk wvj
and at 32 sec:
vqr clkvqr.

Reversing the 12 sec text, a possible substitution could be:

You guys are too fast. Plus I was trying to make them all work together.

Stating the obvious... The white and black binary are congruous. Two messages present two ways each. The oddball is the 32 sec. one, which isn't reversed. Why? 'She killed my husband' is a good fit, but as you all pointed out the two word combo can be read (at least) three ways. RED FLARED, for instance. I'm gonna take a spec and say 'Her mother' since it answers the obvious question, "Who is the 'she' you refer to?"

I'm wondering if the stills of the buildings would tell anything useful.
