In Entry 18, Masky gets closer to the camera than during his first appearance in Entry 19 and there was no video distortion...

About the birth of Slendermen, I find hard to think that someone could become a Slender man just being stalked by one of them. At this rate we could assume that Slender man's preys become part of the creature and then act as some kind of extention of the original being.
(According to the SM description given in SA forum it is not known where he draws his victims nor if he eats them or even absorb).
But IMHO this would lead to some kind of Carpenter's Thing storyline and it would transcend....or maybe not...

I think that TTA and Masky are two different forces within the story: one is trying to help J the other is playing the part of the antagonist (TTA's, J's or both), while SM remain just a creature, supernatural, but a creature with no other purpose of live and feeding himself (if I could speak in Italian I'm sure I'll be more clear sorry).

I still need to figure out how these three figures are related within the storyline, but I think that J has been misled by the last events occured...

maybe there was more to that video, maybe the unintelligable stuff was edited out, he might have been recording from the moment J left his own house, there is no recorded audio, maybe the reason for the filter put over it?

I dunno. I don't think TTA was recording him the whole time. The "bang" in 16 seems to be an indication of TTA's entry. And TTA recorded him when J was at his most vulnerable, when he wouldn't have noticed someone behind him. So far, it seems like TTA is skittish at best- he doesn't have malicious intent, he's trying to observe and pass messages. Mask is pretty clearly malevolent. The two, based on what's been offered to us, seem to have pretty different M. O.'s

This is very interesting, because we've been assuming that TTA and Masky are the same person, but really that doesn't make sense based on what you've observed.

Remember, we still don't know whose face was at the end of Messages or why Tim was so anxious in Entry 15. Figuring out either of those could be key to figuring out who Masky and TTA are.

 		Does anyone else think that this is a pretty weak entry? I mean, it's scary for a sec when he appears, but think about it logically and it's ridiculous.

Masky snuck into J's room at night, climbed on top of his dresser, did a spiderman pose, sat down for a while, got down, stood beside his bed for a while looking at the camera, then went up close, did a quick myspace shot and left.

I'm all for creepy videos, but IMO this one was a bit poor.

 		Well, the anticipation of this video was killing, now my heart has finally packed up. SHIT BRIX!!!
I think there was a face in the shades in the scene before masky was sat on the cabinet.
Also whilst masky is looking into the camera does anyone else see a line between the eyes on the bridge of his nose? I'm not saying it's Alex but I just want to make sure my eyes aren't playing tricks.

Oh and another thing, does any one think masky tucked J in? Someone mentioned the positioning of J's blanket through the video. Looks like J's been tucked in and masky is settling him to sleep, like parents do for a child.

Yea, tell me about it. It's frustrating as hell, because TTA is completely open to interpretation. I mean, the idea that Mask and TTA are on in the same is possible, but so is the idea of them being separate. Both seem totally possible. My take on it is that TTA was trying to call out Mask in Messages- with a picture of Tim and "smile for the camera", hinting towards Tim being Mask. Messages is plural, and there was a message for J and Mask in there. J's message was about the whole "recording self" thing (Which I don't really understand why it's a big deal, but whatever), and Mask's message was "Way to get caught, asshole. By the way, I know who you are."

Of course, there's other interpretations, but that's how I look at it.

Do not think so, I think the overall concept within the entry is kinda stronger than what you actually see; here's the fact Masky or EFG knows where J lives and he can enters/do what he wants to.
It is a radical turning point in the plot: for J it is a point of no return.

Yeah, I dunno, I still think it's TTA. There's a lot more going in favor of that theory than against it. It could easily enough be that TTA was telling J to "smile for the camera" because he knew that he was taping himself all the time. Just another indication that J's secret involved film.


Alex is the one in the black shirt, right?

Maskys hair is almost exactly like his, if not then it is.

My money is still on Alex being masky.

The possibility that there is more then one Masky? There are so many people involved in this that it would seem possible. We have Brian and Alex missing. Apparently, Tim was either; 1. hiding something or 2. couldn't remember it, Both would probably have to do with Slender Man. Also, we have the unknown camera man, and the girl(not saying they are Masky) Slender man is known to manipulate to an extent because I can't see Masky hypnotizing J to get out of his bed. The amount of unknowns makes this a weak argument, but if Slender Man can coerce one person, who is to say that he doesn't have a "following":
