Yeah, not going to get much with out the full thing.
I'll go look around his followers blogs, maybe he did the same as he did to yours.

Also, I assume, just by the scraps we have that it -is- hex, just because I don't know any others that follow that format. If I'm wrong, correct me.

 		Well, here's the thing, he left it on one of my tumblr's Tumblr/ask
The only place I have that blog linked is on here; he found it through this site for sure, my blogspot doesn't link that site


And I think it's hex too. Again, I'm not much of a cipher/code person but it jumped out at me as hex

 		Think it's safe to assume the base64 matches the order of the pieces. Right to left order, the '=' at the end yours, Renren leads me to think that's the end.
So, mine -> Isaac's -> unknown's -> yours
