 		So, what are you implying? That Future Donna already knows that she stopped Donna from going? If she knew she never went, why did try to get us to stop her from going?

Or did we just create a time paradox, and Future Donna doesn't exist now, because the course of events changed?

I don't know. Not sure what to think right now. Donna and I are talking about Paranormal Activity and being chickens.

Edit:

We're talking about time travel. She's seen the episode "Blink" (from the Dr. Who quote in the testing2 video) and says she think time travel can happen or can be a possiblity.

She's giving me the cliff's notes version of the episode. I asked her if it was the episode where the woman finds these DVDs with easter eggs in them that have hidden messages:

If this is like the Dr Who episode, I think Future Donna knows what is happening and is pushing us towards it. Like, Dr. Who had a "transcript" of what happened.

Sophie is going to Syracuse after all. T is coming to pick her up, so Donna will be up late.

 		Interesting. FD is pushing Sophie to go to Syracuse where she will be with someone she trusts.

Does that means that Donna is essentially pushing Sophie out of the path of danger? Perhaps if Sophie doesn't go to Syracuse, she dies?

I think that's why you can't just tell it to your self in solid terms.
'future you' has to nudge others to bring it to your attention.
Donna: but that's not NECESSARILY how time travel works. i mean, also keep in mind my time travel philosophy is heavily influenced by BBC scifi, lol.

Here's my though process.

me: We're contacted as a cry for help from future you, to help present you. We continue to solve these 'riddles' (if you'd call 'em that.) that keep being thrown in our way - because for what ever reason, future you can't be straight up. She has to nudge the past and the process, and can't just blow the lid. Things are supposed to happen in a certain order. Certain things have to occur to keep time on it's track. If Sophie is supposed to go to Syracuse and doesn't, something may happen that shouldn't have. If she does go and something happens - time is going correct. We can still fix it, though, by doing what the future you hints at. If we do, not only does time still flow the way it should, we've saved her.

me: I read the plot synopsis on The Empty Child episode, and the one after. An aerial raid on the area is stopped at one point by the Doctor, but, there's another explosion in it's place - all the people were out of harms way, though.
Meaning the raid that was supposed to happen seemed to have happened, and everyone was saved.
Time was nudged but not broken.
Donna: not everything is like that, though. not everything is a fixed point. some things can EASILY be changed. Doctor's done it hundreds of times.
me: True.
Just saying what I know from my limited knowledge.
Donna: like i said, my philosophy of time travel is heavily influenced by BBC sci fi. I have NO rational basis for anything. XD

Gadjilitron -- did you ever email Donna? Does your email have your name in it? Might be grasping at straws, but it's worth a look.

So, PD doesn't know a Ryan and I still really think the message said "Ryan". What it said after that, I still have no clue.

Edit:

@Telos -- I explained it to her in terms of Dr. Who and used her to fill me in on the things I didn't get. For instance, in the episode, the Doctor gave the girl hints or whatever via easter eggs hidden in 17 DVDs. I explained to Sophie that her youtube videos have easter eggs in them. I didn't get into the whys and the whatnots, because I don't know those. I wanted to keep it to what we know or what we're close to knowing. I didn't want to speculate too much and confuse her and myself, lol.

 		So i started looking for some other references of TEC in relation to time travel. In Timecop, TEC is the Time Enforcement Commission - which apparently tries to keep time "pure".

EDIT: Let me rephrase that - "to combat misuse of the new discovery of time travel"

And it makes sense, too. But both do (The Empty Child and the Time Enforcement Commission). This whole thing is just going way over my head right now.

Ah. I just hadn't seen it posted. I've been checking the blog every hour since I've been up, but missed it the past two. Just now saw it >.<
