Haven't tried it as of yet, but, a friend brought it up.

Take the word that each letter that we got the anagram from, and put them down. See if them come out as anything coherent..

EDIT: Just a thought, If this is a legitimate poem, and TEC needed certain letters to make its message, the chances of the words he had to take them from meaning something are slim.
Don't take that as an insult, Telos, I'm still looking. But I just figured I'd let you all know what I figure.

ETA: I just checked Whois on all the common domain names (www.tec.com, biz, net, info, etc.) and they're all at least two years old, most five or more, so nothing easy there. Nothing for 'teciscoming.xxx'
