 		So I got a new gold card that I don't think is on the Wiki and I don't remember anyone here talking about it. It was an invitation to an evening with Mr. Wines. I didn't write down all the stuff but there was an option to decline, accept, or accept but stay away from the scandalous stuff. I accepted and got a rare bottle of Greyfields 1868 First Growth that can be sold for 20 pennies but not bought (the same we got at Mr. Sacks visit). Here's what it said after:

Mr. Wines explains that F.F. Gebrandt was once its confidante. Apparently they parted company over some triviality. It would like you to ensure the lady is well, and to encourage her into sharing her chemical accomplishments with the Masters. It assures you that an opportunity to do so will be along shortly. Finally, it presses a rare bottle of wine into your hands and reminds you to keep this out of the public eye.

 		Standing on an island In the middle of the road...
Man, first my nightmare level went to nine (I just had to look in the well) and then I Woke up in a panic, like somebody fired a gun. I wish I could be dreaming, but the nightmare's just begun. There's flooding in the basement,
there's water all around. There's woodworm in the attic and the ceiling just fell down. I'm in a state (state) of confusion (whooooh).

Now how do I get out? Drank from the well; talked to the other guests (only the ones that still had their heads of course); burnt down the hotel; pushed some guy down the stairs; and spent an interesting evening with red silk stockings, fossils, and the woman to whom they belong. My nightmare level has dropped to 5 with the aid of my goldfish, but I'm still here.

Can anyone give me some pointers on how to get out or is there No escape from the state of confusion I'm in. State of confusion I'm in. Whooooh.

 		Long explanation short: get Nightmares to 0.

The first way to do this is to just keep playing cards and failing at those two actions on the page to keep whittling it down. Going from 9 down to 5 would have taken 30 change points, and getting from 5 to 0 will only take 15 more, so you're closer than you think.

The other way is to build up your "finding the manager" story to 5. Then a new action appears for you, which gives you the opportunity to just outright eliminate Nightmares.

you do have to be careful w/ those 2 options in the storylet, they will take down some of your attributes if you fail them. just be warned. i've been in there twice now. oddly i like it.

 		Wiki update
Lots of new stuff on the wiki. We are putting up the cards that test one of the qualities... example at http://echobazaar.wikidot.com/persuasive-cards

In addition we a cataloging the storylets. Look at the four principal locations. Example at http://echobazaar.wikidot.com/spite

We are also gradually trying to get stuff in places where it makes the most sense. At some point soon we'll put in links if there is possibility of confusion or duplicate the material.

 		Changes in the Bazaar
Been some subtle changes this evening. I noticed about 10pm GMT that the game was running REALLY slow, then rebooted it and it now seems to run a lot faster. Also, opportunities and storylets load in the page's frame rather than appearing in a pop-up. There is also now an option to 'repeat' a storylet saving on a couple of clicks.
