I haven't seen any SMEN cards recently other than the Note from the Master's one at all, though I haven't really done much in the Shuttered Palace.
There was one about doodling, but I only got that once.

Also, does anyone know if the ebz wikidot is still being updated? I have a ton of info saved up from about as long as I've been playing. It's split between veilgarden, the University, recurring/strange dreams (LOTS of them), and SMEN.

As far as I can tell, the EBZ wikidot hasn't been updated in a long time.

There's a lot of stuff missing, and the last time I tried to contact them, I got no response.

I can confirm that you can get the Ivied Wall card after hitting SMEN 4, though.

Also, I don't know if this was mentioned before, but the Letter from Mr. Iron is only playable at Wolfstack Docks.

I just reached 10 in my Recurring Dreams: Is Someone There quality, and got a new card: A dream about a knowing mirror. In it, it asks you to imagine what your reflection is feeling. It offers choices based on your minor qualities. My options are cruel (Heartless), kind (Magnanimous), or sad (Melancholy). There is also an option for hungry, but it's locked for me because I don't have Unaccountably Peckish. My guess is this is tied into the Mr. Eaten storyline. Should I wait until I can become peckish so I can choose that option?

...If you want to wait, sure. I'm pretty sure that I'm missing the text for one of the options (not magnanimous or unaccountably peckish), so if you do end up choosing something else, could you please copy it down?

But, it is a good way to up your Unaccountably Peckish, so if you manage to get it off the Lumps or the Head, then that would be good.

I'm curious, can you do the nightmare storylines more than once? And how does one wind up unaccountably peckish anyway?

ETA: There appears to be more than one card that can end this storyline. I just got another one that's unlocked by 10 in Is Someone There called A Dream about Looking in through a Window. This one's a red border, which makes me fear it's an auto activate, so I haven't tried it. Anyone have any info on this?

The easiest way to become Peckish is to farm Rubbery Lumps in the Carnival until they give it to you. It unlocks a few options here and there, and of course is a prerequisite for the SMEN storyline.

Curiously, despite there being a storylet to decrease it, no matter how high Peckish gets, it doesn't seem to do anything - I have it at over 11 now...

I'm not sure what you mean. Are you asking if you lose your recurring dreams, can you regain them? In case of insanity, I have gone insane before, but I was able to restart the dreams with one of the standard opportunity cards.

I don't actually have that card recorded. Red is always auto. If you do click on it, could you please save the text? As long as your nightmares are decently low, it shouldn't be harmful. Also, the wiki referenced at the Discworld MUD has it. It doesn't have anything unusual.

Rubbery Lumps is one way, and is probably the most easily accessible. Another way is with a Counterfeit Head of John the Baptist (exotica), but it requires Death By Water to be at 5. But Death By Water is a nice way to increase SMEN anyways.
