 		At first I actually thought the "Roger Smith" letter was from Beth.

Beth sends an angry letter to Wongmo because her mother is (just speculating) a student of Wongmo's. Phil finds it ripped up in Wongmo's trash. However Phil might like Wongmo and consider him a dependable contribution to his idea of the paranormal world. Phil obviously has more belief in the paranormal than Beth, since as we remember Beth's email to all of us, "there's got to be a logical explanation to all this." And then Phil, in seeing her angry letter, debunking Wongmo, writes her an email, "How dare you...?"

Yes, I know it's a dumb theory, because you get to the bottom and it says Roger Smith. It's just that if it did not say Roger Smith I'd believe without a doubt that it was Beth.

So who the hell is Roger Smith.

I'm at a loss, here. I value the work my associates and I do far too much to be hoodwinked by someone who seeks to undermine a segment of academia which already suffers from a severe case of nay-sayers and cynics.
Give me something solid, and soon, or I will blow this thing wide open. You will not make me, or the paranormal community, take a hit for what you've done.

It might just be me, but I'm not too sure if this e-mail was actually intended for Wongmo/LeoKane/Arnold or not... I can see the evidence supporting that thought (Phillip's on a mission to uncover the secrecy shrouding Leo Kane, he uses language he would never seem to use if he was e-mailing beth, etc...), but then I see a bunch of conflicting ideas ("our studies," "the ghosts about which you write" and a few more references to the paranormal). Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Phillip working together with Beth on little-boxes.net, ? Then again, I just can't see Phillip attacking Beth like this, for any reason...

So who is Phillip writing this to? To the best of our collective knowledge, Leo Kane is not really involved with anything 'paranormal', so parts of the message would seem to fit better with Beth. Then again, other parts seem to apply to Leo Kane.

What's going on here?

EDIT: I just read over the previous post a little more thoroughly, and I apologize for any redundant info or opinion.

Leo contributed articles to Phillip's Paranormal Research Journal. Previously we discovered from Phillip's email to Beth he had doubts about Leo's credibility. Then a file in Phillip's Metadex with angry scrawlings on Leo's resume. This last email refers to the recipient as "professional, researcher", most probably referring to Leo.

 		guys, 3 new pages on his metadex, not 2. The last one can be seen in the source, and is a letter/resume from Dr. Leo Kane.
