fleece, hooves, and lanolin lead to an article by b. arnoldy (i unscrambled the hooves picture)

i can't figure out the message on the hooves page nor the lowercase letters in the picture.

Yea, I've been stuck on the hooves portion all day, I unlocked 4 video segments in a couple hours though, but this part's worse than the morse code was lol.
