I dislike it, the idea of a physically violent slender man just doesn't appeal to me at all. I don't mind the idea of dismembered, disembowelled bodies found in trees and the like but having slender man physically injure or kill the victims like that seems to reduce his fear quotient significantly, as he becomes "just a violent tall guy". Some telekinetic ability (like in supernatural where the body of the mother slides up the wall onto the ceiling and she starts bleeding) would be more fitting. Also, if he doesn't have real hands I think it would be better if the "knobs" were black, such as made from his suit material.

lol. No, I take every opinion and try to incorporate the pros into my story, while taking the cons out. I apologize if I tainted your views on Slendy. Doesn't mean I will change it, but it doesn't mean I won't.

spectacular writing!
Though....I'd think Slenderman should be more spider like and subtle.
Ahhh, Me. That's just my opinion, I'm sure lots of people disagree.

I will tell you one thing:

It is still early in the story...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I plan to make him spider like as well, I was simply giving the general description of him, a man with no face, no hands, very tall, and in a suit.

The scene in Trainspotting with the baby turning it's head 360 degrees upside down on the wall.
That could go well with Masky!
Haha.

it would really depend on whether ye wanted to stick to the true slender story or just go with the MH take on him

personally, i'd just mention him in passing, more of a reference than an actual character

I had that idea as well. As in, mention it in a case file from alabama. Codename: Marble Hornets.

it's really quite interesting how the internet has spawned it's own fairy tale/boogey man/whatever

make masky a good guy but so that the detectives dont know what he is doing

Edit: i'd like it more if it was just about slendy killing people and the detectives get too close to the truth or to slendy that slendy kills one of them and the other goes insane. and the insane one will be stalked by slendy until he dies of old age.
