Haha you weren't playing Eldritch Errors in Book 1. They killed off all of the characters we had become friends with and cared about Sad

Still no luck Sad I think it was intended to be completely random. I tired decoding it as much as possible.

I don't think it was supposed to be decoded. I think it was supposed to be a sign that either the tower or Slender Man was near to Jay and causing distortion, as well as a sign that something bad had happened.

Back to the game though, I agree this probably wasn't meant to be decoded. Still, nice detective work.

Also, when I refreshed twitter the little bird picture took a second to load and there were horizontal white lines through it for a second. Made me jump a bit.
