He's sure building anticipation for this to a fever pitch. It better not disappoint.
Also, J's other tweet said he would be uploading the tape in it's entirety. Those tapes can hold a lot of footage, so I'm betting this is going to be a lengthy entry. Or at the very least one with a lot of short retaliatory bits (similar to entry 3).
