 		New theory!

The burned out building is "Da Club". Seth and possibly Alex were wifin' in Da Club but didn't have $20.00 to pay Slender Man. They said they would pay him back later, but never did. Which is why Slender Man is stalking them.

Since Seth and Alex skipped town, Slender Man went after Brian who skipped town, then Sarah who skipped town, THEN went after Tim who now has a clever disguise (mask). With Jay the only known associate of Seth AND Alex, Slender Man is now stalking him.

For his $20.00.

But if TTA is Masky how and why did he post/get "Return"?


Just to gloat and show he found Slendy. Plus maybe Masky's mask prevents Slendy from using his "powers" on him. Like if he needs a face to work with since he has none


If you were Masky would you want to get close to or have relations with a 7 foot, tentecle like, Supernatural being.


Because Tim wants revenge for "getting" all of his friends

 		Guest's theory makes the most sense so far. It's kind of the impression I was getting, he just put it together a lot quicker than I did. So would it be chronologically be safe to assume that this latest entry happens before the Introduction and not filmed later like some have suggested?

Seriously! Goddamn people! Occam's Razor this shit!

Either

A) J is losing pieces of time explained by a supernatural force

or

B) Supernatural force abducted and killed J, then went to great lengths to access his twitter account and make updates in the exact same style he has been using through the whole ARG.

J looked bad in Return, but he didn't look dead. He was swaying slightly. Not dead.

Seriously, this is the stupidest theory I've heard since I came up with Slendy is an alien.

And if either are true I'm coming to Alabama myself to hunt down J or Alex, whoever's in charge and I will kick them in the balls.

 		Please, lets look at this objectively instead of posting a huge amount of theories with no supporting evidence. If you're here to contribute, great. If you're here to troll, back to /b/.

At the very least we know the identity of the camera man now. What other solid facts can be gleaned from this entry? We should start with the glaringly obvious, and move towards proving theories.

Goddammit, understand the theory before you try to argue against it.

Slender Man killed him 3 years ago or whenever the tapes were filmed. That's also when Return was filmed.

 		One of the things that we sort of skimmed by is the blood in the UnfictionChat.

As someone said, the bullet casings, the blood. Perhaps Alex or somebody else pulled a "The Mist" (bad movie, by the way) and tried to kill off the staff for their own good? Doubtfully, but, yeah.

That's very cool.

Just let me get it straight if I may, with a few of my own thoughts--

-This shit went down, they were all filming the movie, SM came, they ended up in this weird Poltergeist-esque vortex between the two worlds, or whatever, and SM or something evil got poor Seth
-Alex wakes up in the house, doesn't remember it
-Everyone else is gone
-Alex had been "running" for a long while now, from SM and such (perhaps this is during the time that he was trying to figure out how to escape? Or he had planned to actually flee?)
-He goes to burn the tapes. Jay is there, asks for them, having apparently forgotten everything that he went down with MH
-Alex concurs, gives all but Entry 22, and flees
-Jay, 3 years later, posts MH
-This tape is Alex/someone else's way of saying, "Yo, Jay! You HAVE been here before!" which is why it terrified Jay so much when he watched it; he was in the shit!
-All of entry 22 took place, 3 years ago, before Alex left
-By "gone" they mean "slenderized"; Jay somehow came back? (This last one is weak, I will admit :p)

Yes? No? Maybe so?

 		Alex is under the impression that what happened to Seth, Sarah, Brian and them is what happened to Tim. Tim is the masked fellow/possibly totheark, right? So what's his problem? What happened to Tim and not to Seth, Brian and them?

Also, do you REALLY think Slender Man has it in him to really impersonate someone? That's not his style at ALL. Really. Just picture Slender Man Tweeting. Do it. Just try.

 		A few things seem pretty obvious from this. Two in particular.

1. Alex's words about burning the tapes means this is the last tape from 3 years ago. This is not up for debate.

2. Alex-or Brian-knew the tape was at the tower. Other than the Operator symbol, there was nothing else "at the tower." The question is, how long was Brian's house abandoned? Certainly long enough for the power to be shut off.

Also of note:

The fingers at 5:00. I can clearly see fingertips. That hand is coming from around the corner. It isn't Seth's hand.

There's distortion around Alex's head at the end when the shadowy hand reaches towards him. The same type of distortion that's around Tim's head in 17.

There's audio distortion throughout the first part of the video. Slenderman is there. We know that for a fact.

Where do you get this from? I was under the impression that he was saying that they were all gone. "Seth, Brian, Tim. Jay and Sarah, all gone" pretty much.
