 		Here's a theory.

What if when Alex says "gone" he means under Slenderman's influence?

(btw, to me, the whole J is dead and slenderman stole his identity sounds like utter bullshit)

 		Someone in the UnfictionChat just said that there was water equipment.

The creek near the tower near the hole would be the perfect supply of water for that.

Uhhh, I think this is a first, that my theory actually stands a chance..

The video states 2 things:
a) Alex thought he could be safe by running away
b) He wants to go back to burn the tapes

He wanted to burn them 3 Years ago already, but didn't, thanks to J. Then he "ran away", leaving the tapes as long as he'd never hear of them again, as he himself said. Didn't help though, so now he's back to definitely burn them.

Would be nice if he'd be EFG, but seeing as EFG was in J's room and could have easily gotten the tapes then... nah.

Counter point to that: "At the Tower" on the 3-Year-old drawing + recent tape? Doesn't make sense. Ofc, At the Tower could have meant anything else, but why would Alex (or anyone, really) place that tape in the tower, in a hard-to-reach place?

So, yeah... nothing new to deduct from that. Except that Sarah had quite a large set of balls, going into that silent-hill-ish basement with Alex o.O (Btw, pipes, holes? Anyone else thinking of "There was a hole here, but it's gone now"? Wink )

also at 3:22 theres a static interferance that shows the inside of that pipe again. whatever it is at the end of that pipe seems to be important somehow, or just a scare tatic. heres a screen:

How'd he give it to J? yes, TTA did post a video of the red tower but J got the idea to go to the red tower, where he got the tape, from the back of one of alex's drawings


Watch "Version" again. TTA told J that it would be waiting for him at the tower.


It just says "Waiting for you" which he says alot and that fuzzy thing behind it looks like the tower but J figured out about the tower Dec. 10 judged by his twitter post and probably figured he was gonna go there eventualy


Yes, and what was waiting for him? THE TAPE! duh.


Why would he say its waiting for him unless he knew alex put it there for him unless alex told him it was there and i don't see that happening.

YES! The google maps post and his documented trek to the tower all seem to be a guide on how to get there

 		My friend brought up an interesting idea.

What if The Slender Man is a psychic emanation caused by Brian/Jay/Alex/Tim/Seth/Sarah? What if the pills were anti-psychotics prescribed to Tim to make his "hallucination" of The Slender Man go away? What if the illness shown by Tim/Jay (coughing) was caused by the stress of projecting Slender Man into the world?

This theory springs from "Return", along with the fact that aside from the MH cast, NO ONE seems to see Slender Man. Hell, as far as we know Brian, Seth, and Sarah have never seen The Slender Man.

He might not be supernatural enough to teleport out of alabama or where ever he's from.

Isn't entry 20 itself like a guide? "When you see the hole in the ground, you're almost there."

If you watch it frame by frame you can see the white blob that is his head. Also, you can notice slendy-like arms and legs.

 		The basement has a pipe, which I think leads to the hole outside from Entry 21. Notice the distortion that happens when Jay looks down it, and then the distortion when Alex and Seth are actually INTO it. Then, the water equipment. The creek near the tower provides perfectly for this so..
