I think it is nothing speacial for now though and probably not meant to be looked as such.

Smile Or, Morgensterne, did you mean the query string itself? http://mashimisho.us.to/index.php?key=password&staff=Enter

thanks.

this is from the site:

SERIES G FUNDING ROUND HAS CLOSED WITH THE FOLLOWING INVESTORS:

INVESTOR B6QUF: 24 million.

INVESTOR Z9TLV: 14 million.

INVESTOR E4XIO: 7 million.

INVESTOR S4AJM: 6 million.

INVESTOR C3RWD: 5 million.

I'm putting this up here because it said "for security reasons, funding announcements are cleared after a period of seven days." I don't want us to miss out on something if this happens to be important somehow.

Great work everyone.

I can't call the number (my contract phone won't let me >___<) but it's coming from Seattle.

Sent an email to the address:

Quote:
Dear Sir/Madam,
I apologise hugely for this, but on this end we seem to have lost the info for the crates you were shipping to Citavoni for us (a snafu with the team who was supposed to be handling them - heads will roll!) - we have the serial numbers, but we can't work out what's in them. As you understand, Mashimisho handles some dangerous substances, and it isn't exactly uncommon for us to receive unmarked containers; is there any way that you could tell us what is in them if we provide you with the serial numbers?
Yrs,

I called the number. The greeting says something like please send your fax now or to leave a message begin speaking after the tone. press # after you finish speaking for more options.
The more options include: if you are satified with your message press 1, to re-record press 2, to review your messages press 3, and to enter your k-7 security code press 4.

I looked up 'Altum' in my latin dictionary:

Quote:
Altum, i (nt) - the deep, the sea, a height
Altus, a, um (adj) - high, deep, shrill, lofty, noble, deeply rooted, far fetched

Not sure of the relevance; it could be either of them (depending on the declination), and the second one is... really vague.

EDIT: Darn, they're asking me for ID. Will see if I can knock up a fake ID.

Persuaded the shipping corp. to tell me what was in the crates; can somebody help me ascertain if the serial numbers are right? I read:

189(?)
10275
91923
87263

Nice work. I read the first one as 18503, the second as 40275, the third as you wrote it, and the last as 87203.

hmmm. To me it looks like:
18903- edit: I think this is 18503
40275
91923
82703

There's a lot of uniformity to the way each letter or number looks hard to read. All the U's in the front of "Unmarked" all look alike. So if the first # starts with a 1, then the next # is something else. 1 appears clear every time. There's a 6 in the "net weight" and so I don't think there's a 6 in any serial number- nothing looks like that 6.
