There are also maps for codes:

72EONTZ6F (Level 0)
72EONTZ6G (Level 1 / Start)
72EONTZ6H (Level 2)
72EONTZ6I (Level 3)
72EONTZ6J (Level 4)
72EONTZ6K (Level 5)

Making this 6 level maze. Have you guys spotted where Kevin is now? I know that he is now at level 2 but where there?

I figured he was on level 2 (my coding) at 250, 440 on that map and i sent him walking even deeper down by turning left and left again towards point at 950, 700.

I gotta go offline, try to take it from here.

Here is my maps I'm using with naming convention I'm using.
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1907247/map_pack.zip

Seems like map arrows get bit trickier between levels 3 and 4. There is also separate room on level 4 where there is only single access from level 3.

Mmh, blind exploration. very nice.

I think the levels, from top to bottom, are:
F
I
G
H
J
K

Arrows match up that way when stacked for me.

That stack makes sense to me too.

Is level G is where the trucks were? and he's stuck somewhere on level H?

Yes, he started on level G, where he sneaked out of a truck, he also ducked behind one when we were trying to guide him off that floor.

and you can't tell from the map how trucks would enter.

June, I think he was in a different spot than the one you showed me when he found the stairs. The stairway went down, so I think he was in a room with a downward arrow- over to the left.

Too bad the doors don't show. He said he was locked in behind a door.

Stack-up

Here's a gimp file with the stack-up, aligned and labeled. With gimp, you can turn on and off each layer. I also inverted the colors, to save ink...

Looks like three basement levels below the ground floor, two levels above it. I'm presuming that he entered on the ground floor.

There is that isolatd room on the second basement level. Perhaps that's where we should be sending him. He can only get there from B3.

BTW, big thanks to _jane, jalava78, sainttames for answering the call and picking up kevin when I had to leave.

yesterday's video

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qfXBN19vKEs

Did anyone ever figure out what this was? There're some sounds right at the begining, like something falling off a table, or closing a door...

-------------- Edit

Kevin says that it was probably his laptop falling off the table as he left.

The very beginning says it's a mashimoto video recorder. Might it be in a room Kevin holed up in?

All right, so I was looking around at the maps on the Mashimisho site, dragging the map around and stuff, when I noticed that the page moved similar to the way the MashiDesk screen moved when we dragged around icons. I stumbled across a symbol underneath the page shaped like a ship. So I click and it links to http://www.mashimisho.us.to/ship. Upon solving the puzzle there (hooray for sliding tile puzzles), a large array of characters appears on the left side of the screen (27x27). The puzzle itself contains a painting by Vincent van Gogh known as Starry Night over the Rhone, and the text is a letter substitution cipher of the poem "A Character" by William Wordsworth (which took quite some time to decipher). Tried several things for the password (rhone, vangogh, wordsworth, character, etc.), but I have a feeling it has more to do with the characters to the left than the puzzle itself. I noticed a few words hiding in the array, such as "FOUND IT" and "LEARN TO" near the top-left and "KUDOS" nearer the bottom-right. Crossword of sorts, maybe?

Ship?

JJJB - Can you tell me how you found that link? I can't see it on the map page, or the one on the mashi-desk page. I've tried both IE7 and Firefox...
