time is relevant.

God created the universe in 7 days, EST. He took off sunday to boot.

Time in the program could be just as vague.

They did say that Neo would have a 5 minute window to destroy the mainframe, but the movie took over 5 minutes to elape the time from the window opening to Neo talking to the architect.

window closed or elapsed time?

I thought I saw the 101 significance mentioned earlier in the game too, but (if I'm correct) not in relation to this document.

Apart from the famous Room 101 in Orwell's 1984, the number 101 is also very significant in the Matrix movies... in Reloaded, the Merovingian is on floor 101 of the office-building, there's freeway 101, Neo's appartment number is 101 and 101 appears on the wall in a scene with the Oracle. Now I still am VERY carefull in making direct links to the Matrix movies, but even apart from the appearances in the movies, I got a feeling that the number of this document being 101 still gives it a special meaning...

Also, the hotel room where Trinity is at the beginning and Neo is at the end is room 101 if my memory serves me.
