'Wifin in the club' Is the act of hanging on to/dancing with one girl all night, not allowing other guys to get close to her, as if she was your woman.

20 dollars is part of the song the above is mentioned in.

"No wifin in the club, gimme 20 dollars."

As for what it has to do with marble hornets. Someone said that in bits of the hidden audio, it sounded like that song was playing. It prompted several youtube videos to be made, including 'The Secret to Marble Hornets' which is done in the same style as an entry video.
