yep i downloaded it its just a wallpaper says theme but isn't a premium theme that really fits with the new xbox dashboard so basically its a wallpaper

YT led me to youtube where dtr0483 is his user ID
Mk 4BmygJ is the name of the video he has up
Looks like he is captured. Fifth Freedom is written in the background, which I believe is the name of the splinter cell game?

The phone # is for red scope security, people are supposed to call it and following the instructions to request a camera fixed AKA the one that is static on their site.

However, my calling plan does not allow for international calling.
