 		As far as Marble Hornets not fitting into the original Slenderman mythos, it is true that the "original" is very diverse. But I think they've selected certain aspects of the thread that they like and think they can do. Killing people Slendy-style would certainly be hard to do, and far too gruesome. So they used the Slendy that just stands there and stalks you. There is also a precedent for the distortion, a father caught Slendy on video camera, but the video broke, and the only thing left was distorted audio. So we do have precedents for everything Slendy-related, though it is entirely possible that they plan on deviating from that soon. I still don't think the alien theory is all that logical, but I do agree that it is possible.
Hellozombie: I apologize if I seemed somewhat confrontational about that earlier, it is an entirely logical conclusion but just seems a little too abstract to me I guess. And after several other theories that have been tossed around, I'm just a little jumpy when it comes to theories like that (robots?). But unlike the robot theory, yours makes sense.

You know, that line about "lot of power to give someone like Tim", I always heard as "someone like him", that is, either Alex or Jay, and referring to writing or editing or directing the script. XD I am a bit deaf sometimes so god knows I could be wrong, but I really think it's "him", not "Tim", and part of the (albeit weird and hyper-sounding) joking around between Jay and Alex.

(also lol, how kind of Masky to give such forewarning. XDD)


I listened again, and you're right, it could just as easily be "him," and in fact, I feel a little silly, because I think that might have been discussed already and I forgot...but maybe, just maybe, they intended for that line to sound either way...just to cause more confusion...I could be over-analyzing, but as a writer, I can't imagine that anything that is said is insignificant--(either as possible clues or possible misdirection on the creators' part) Jay's comment that "I'm the script supervisor...for now."--also struck me as a little...portentous

and really, celticsfan87, no apology is necessary, like I said, I am far too sensitive for my own good! (meaning I'm a crybaby, oh yeah that's how I roll, I even cry at those Morgan Freeman Olympic commercials Smile

Yeah, that kind of ruins the urgency and fear. I almost feel like Jay is lampshading the wait that we're sure to have with his twitter. "Hmm, might have to do something about that. Already mentioned in ######, but that's riding on the fact that Slendy has access to youtube, which I'm very hesitant to think that he does! The idea that TTA is trying to make Slendy think that Jay is going aggro on him is an interesting one, though. Plopping Jay right in front of him didn't seem to work, maybe ###### is a last attempt? I still think that ###### was meant from TTA/Masky/Tim to Jay.

 		Well. Who's house it is is up for debate. I believe its actually Alex's house. Alot of people argued whether return was filmed at jay's or not. Well its not, its filmed in "the house". I wasnt sure if that was totally proven yet.

 		Not going to go into an entry-by-entry of who's house is whose, but Alex seems to have moved into Brian's place at some point to try to hide from Slendy.

Aside from the videos where Slendy is lurking outside of those barred windows, most of the activity that we see takes place at Brian's house. Return is filmed in the same hallway that we see in #18 and #16, there really is no debating that.

Yeah, I noticed that really hasn't been discussed. Though maybe it was "anonymous" because they simply didn't know who would tell Jay where to go in the script. That, or maybe it was anonymous because the voices in Jay's head told him to go there? >_> Telepathy and teleportation? [/crazy speculation]

 		On a more serious note, it's evident that Jay is CLEARLY going bonkers. "Considering boarding up my windows. Still feeling incredibly unsafe here" and "Not sure what to think about it. Definitely considering getting out of here though."

Any sane person would be like "HMM, SOMEONE'S TRYING TO GET ME, MAYBE I SHOULD LEAVE TOWN!" Jay is thinking, "hmm, a guy who's been stalking me for months is trying to kill me/kidnap me/sacrifice me to a tall, Slender figure (which sounds like a good plot twist, IMO)/stick it in my pooper/etc. Let's sit back and be calm about this. Okay, I'll board up my windows. Oh, he's coming for me? Maybe I should leave."

I don't think he should be contemplating as much as he should. HE SHOULD BOOK IT AS FAST AS HE CAN. >_>

I mean, to each their own, I guess. And I guess it makes him an interesting narrator in a sense. However, doesn't it seem a bit odd that after EVERYTHING that's happened, Jay still continues to live in that house? Any normal person would have booked it by now. What kind of shit has Jay been through that something like this wouldn't make it click in that he should leave?! XD Is this normal for him, maybe borderline creepy at most? Good god! XD
