 		Another hotel, or else he's on the road.

I'm going to be keeping all of the MH sites open today! Still hopeful that I can test out whether it's at 1pm or 2am on the 19th, Central (GMT-6 hours, I think?)

 		35:77//47 translates in ROT-7 as 1pm and ROT-8 as 2am! I just want to see if that weird number is encoded as simply as that, or if it's some obscure bible quote or location marker, like others have been positing!

ah alright. im sure it's been said, but the bible quote thing doesnt work out. the 35th book of the bible doesnt have anywhere near 77 chapters. i think it has like 23 or something. and what exactly are ROT-7 and ROT-8?

 		ROT encryption is a system meant to garble words -- the most commonly used that I've seen so far has been ROT-13. Basically, it takes all of the letters in the alphabet (and the numbers from 0 to 9) and rotates them however many places to the right the number displaying. So 'a', encoded using ROT-1, would be 'b', using ROT-2 would be 'c'... using ROT-13 would be 'n'.

We have seen the MH creators using some basic encryptions in the past from TTA, (binary, morse code, and Base 64 with Jay's 'found it' tweet) so it stands to reason that they could be inserting ROT encoded data this more recent time around! Smile

There's only one hotel in his state? Does Norman Bates happen to work there?
