I know someone has mentioned this before, but has any tried a spectrogram of the audio in "Attention"?

That part with the sailor, the audio sounds real similar to what happens when you convert data to audio formats.

Compare what happens at 5:27 with the sound you hear during the sailor. If it's a spectrgraphic message, I'm guessing it's not as complex as a picture. Another message, maybe?

I'm browsing around trying to find some free spectrogram analysis software, but not having any luck...

I was just reading some of the new things on the wiki, and one thing in general really irked me. The fact that it says Tim is 'almost certainly the enigmatic figure known as TTA'. Um, we don't know that for sure, really.

We aren't any closer to knowing who the hell TTA is then when he first showed up with a video response to J.

And as far as the series goes as a whole. Wow, it sure has gotten bland. It's like they themselves have lost interest in it, and are just not as willing to make videos for this series and thus explains the lack of updates or they simply ran out of ideas that will keep us entertained.

I mean, really J? You have to go back to the house a third time? What are you going to find there this time? How about something that will get this story on the move, eh?

I apologize in advance if any of this is Trout and for the length of the post; I've been away from this stuffs for a while. =P

I was thinking about the whole "Return to us" statement, and I started to think that maybe, totheark (Alex, Brian, Seth, or (ugh) Sarah) is telling Jay to return to the "group" which contains Masky (Tim), and possibly any number of the others involved with Marble Hornets.

This might have something to do with how in Entry #22, Alex says that Jay, Tim, Brian, Sarah, and Seth are all "gone". I think it's possible that by "gone" he meant they don't remember anything to do with Slender Man anymore, and they were all deeply involved beforehand.

This could mean that totheark (Alex, Brian, Seth, or (ugh) Sarah) had previously (but probably after Entry #15) "woken up" Tim by making him remember about Slender Man, thus compromising his mental stability, and eventually transforming him into Masky. Now they want to "wake up" Jay, so that he can return to their group. They need Jay for whatever business they are planning regarding Slender Man.

Another idea along the same line: once they "woke up" Tim (Masky), he went insane and has now gone rogue from the group. This explains his hostility, especially in Entry #18.

It could be, that totheark is the "bad guy", as it were, and Masky, although insane and socially retarded, is trying to protect Jay from him/them (totheark).


Also, I still don't like the idea of Sarah being totheark, and I wouldn't even include her as a possibility if not for the video response Deluge, which has what sounds like her voice saying "Alex" backwards and slowed down. That could, however, have been taken from some video totheark has where Sarah said "Alex", and is therefore only circumstantial evidence at best against her as totheark. I am also including her in an attempt to be... not-short-sighted? Something like that.


Also also, I can't remember when or where I read it, but there was some theory that all the entries thus far (including Jay's shenanigans with the tower and the house) have all been filmed by Alex or someone pretending to be Jay. I'd just like to say in response that it's impossible, because Jay went to the house in Entry #16, collapsed, and then was filmed whilst collapsing. That means that it was Jay who filmed Entry #16, end of discussion (not to mention you can hear his voice, and it's pretty distinctive, to me, at least).

Now, let's pretend that Alex wasn't the one filming these Entries, but had acquired them somehow and was pretending to be Jay while posting them (which is illogical at this point). He uploaded this video of Jay going to the house, and then totheark comes along with footage of Jay in the house. That would, at least, make it impossible for Jay to be totheark, thus debunking the point of this theory, albeit the theory is still possible. That, however, is the same as saying "Well, you can't prove that Abraham Lincoln WASN'T a robot-zombie from the future", and as such, for now at least, I'm going to file it away with the Prank theory, the "Masky is a girl" theory, and of course, lest we forget, the Robot theory.

I am still amazed as to what theories and ideas come from something so simple and seemingly unrelated. Such as:

- totheark using the same text that Jay did in one response
= Jay = totheark

- Tim wearing Masky's jacket in Entry #20
= Masky ≠ totheark

- Masky causes distortion and missing footage
= Masky = Robot


I can't wait for the next Entry. If Jay really does go back to the house next, something epic will go down. (I still feel like he should be checking out that Bath House, or at least the area around it, but there could be some OOG reason(s) he can't.)

okay the new totheark entry. awesome.

to the point, clear as crystal, they alluded to it before, now there is no question. there was something behind the door,and j has to back to the house yet again and kick thatmotherfucker down and find out whats behind it(for those of u who have read my few other posts...sarah? lol) but seriously, we arent anywhere near ddone with this saga yet, there are too many questions still to answer. at work the other day i spent most ofmy time assembling a list of questions and theories/things to think about thatspanned two pagesof legal pad paper. im wayyyy to drunk to transcribe them now, i will though, theres some stuff on there i really like
