 		I doubt anyone knows what Number Stations are. But if they do, can someone tell me what it's all about? I'm a little confused on this topic and would like to learn a little bit more about it. Just a little summary is all I want. Thanks to anyone who can.

 		I wanted to show what I think Slenderman actually IS. I always thought he was some being from another dimension, trying to disguise himself as a human and yet missing those nuances, those little things...he's too tall...too expressionless...

He's really just toying with us, experimenting, trying to protect us. But he's so utterly ALIEN, so enormously different from humans that he doesn't realize what he's doing is harmful. Sort of like the aliens in Ender's Game. I imagine there are beings FAR worse then Slendy, and he's actually somewhat "better"

People have come to a general conclusion that they're supposed to be secret messages from different societies and organisations, such as mobs or even the government, but as far as I know, no one has ever reported on tracking one to its location.

There was a cuban Number Station, I think named V1 which was traced to (I think) Havana, Cuba. All through out south Florida, their broadcasts interfered with radio stations. The station was also connected to Cuban spies.

Other number stations were tracked during the Cold War, mostly in Russia and it's occupied countries, very few were actually found, due to various means of hiding them.

The US government does not offer up much information on them, and usually passes them off as stations set up by radio-hobbyists (Think like ARGs for us, but codes over the air for radio enthusiasts). Many groups think that the majority of them are for spys/military commands.


That's about all I know.
