Its funny how plausible this may actually be considering skully and his shorter hair tuft

That's kind of adorably frightening. BFF's terrorizing Alex together until something happens to Skully, and Masky winds up terrorizing second-hand crew like Jay because he's the only game left in town. Tragic, really~!

It might be insignificant but I have this feeling that the distortion hole might play a big role in the story. I don't think we see any objects or whatever that cause audio distortion. I have a hunch that it is a maybe an entrance into slenderland or some place he might just chill out, but something has affected the hole

Didn't some 'tard actually go and dig up the hole in question? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that that's probably the reason that there hasn't been anything else relating to the hole.

If I'm correct, I remember hearing something about that,

Uumm... Blushoes such-and-such if I'm right.

If they're doing anything with the hole, ( that's what she said, ) then they're probably going to film it well ahead of time so that they don't run across a Blueshoes tool in the process.

Though it would be neat if the hole/depression/whatever it might be did wind up playing a role later on. I'd always figured it to be some kind of side entrance or back door or something. The Tower was too obvious but somewhere around it might make some sense.

I introduced my brother from another mother to Marble Hornets last night.

He fell asleep at around #20.

In hindsight, I probably shouldn't have done it at 1:30am after an evening of drinking.

[don't mind me resurrecting topics...it's easier to chat marble hornets in an OT topic rather than on twitter]

Huh... I missed the Q&A, so much thanks for the dig-up iSlendy.

For future reference, Rule No. 1 of urban exploration, it doesn't matter if you have to crawl through a window or climb the back fence, never ever enter where you suspect someone who might call the cops could see you. Also, don't park someplace you couldn't get to without be intercepted by cops, it totally kills the "hide and wait" strategy to getting out of trouble after cover has in fact been blown.

By the way, Slendy was the operator all along? Sweet! That was like the one possibility I hadn't considered!
I'm actually sort of glad about that, Slenderman's a well-known character now, having The Operator as a unique, separate mythos is kinda neat.

Definitely tips to consider, if they're planning on doing any more Slender-realm filming.

I'm still undecided about SM being the Operator. I do like that using that shines some light on where they've mentioned the operator (and the operator symbol) all this time. It seems weird that the reveal came out of game, though!

Yeah, another important tip is to avoid any and all second-floor shots unless you've got someone with you capable of provided a decent assessment of the structural integrity without getting too close.
I generally enlist my father because he works construction, used to dabble in architecture, and owns wire-cutters.

Come to think of it, a lot of UFers seem to be making ARGs of their own eh? Guess I just oughta get some safety tips out of the way and be done with it.

Thick gloves, gauze, and on-the-spot disinfectant are important. Metal and broken-glass are to be looked out for, and I've had a few unpleasant close encounters with homeless people.

Your best bet's generally woodsy-stuff, houses so far back in the woods that people have forgotten they're there. I've found houses so grown over I mistook them for trees at first.

Factories are nice and always yield nice shots, but require a lot of care when exploring. Sometimes, even if the factory's been out of use for decades, the owners still store things in them. In which case you're more likely to get caught by local authorities, or worse, run into someone coming to jack shit.
The latter's not as much of a problem since the price of copper's gone down (in fact, take a look around any old abandoned building, chances are they've stripped it bare) but teens and vagrants are always a concern. Teens generally run off, or wont pose much of a problem, but squatters are tricky. I've only ever met one face to face once, and he was a terrifying old loon, if I hadn't had company, I'm scared to think of how it would've ended.
Piles of old cans, the reek of ammonia, and piles of newspaper seem to be a pretty good indication of that.

To conclude my UE lecture today, I will also caution you to be aware of the local wild-life, remember all exits to the building incase one becomes inaccessible for any reason, look before you step, and for the love of god, if you do go on the second floor, avoid rooms where the floor's bowing to the point of being visibly off-level at a glance, failure to do so is a great way to end up on the first floor.

The first time i saw MarbleHornets, i tried to make one of my own, and i traveled to an abandoned place and got beat up and chased around by old homeless people.

So. I have to pose the question:

Masky vs. Evan. How does it go down? Who comes out on top?
