The "missing opportunities" bit makes me curious. Have we maybe missed something?

Edit: Also, why is it always my posts that start the new page? Neutral

Yeah, Tool is a pretty amazing band. Do yourself a favor and give them a shot, you might be really surprised by what you find.

hmm can someone repost the list of dates we have so far, maybe they are meant to be used as like a process of elimination thing to find what date something is going to happen, or maybe something with the numbers, if someone does post them I can run a couple of analysis in my head Razz I have a few ideas Smile

Alright here goes... date and what I am hearing. Thanks DLT - trying to listen for what you said you heard really helped me figure more out. Some of the earlier dates was deductive reasoning on whether I think its February or January... based on the easier to hear later dates:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

**ALL dates are 2028**

0xx01 - March 1
Forward: possibly "I wanted..." at the beginning, overtop of "March 1st".
Reverse: nothing...

0xx02 - January 25
Forward: "I helped design this god damned system"
Reverse: "It's illogical that I didn't save him"

0xx03 - February 15
Forward: "She told me to watch my back"
Reverse: "Seven days now since (some name being said here, Linda maybe?) has shown me the proof"

0xx04 - January 10
Forward: "I'm thinkin' someone as work is just screwing with me"
Reverse: "Just before she left she told me the strangest thing though"

0xx05 - January 25
Forward: "Yeah anyways..."
Reverse: "I spent the entire day..."

0xx06 - January 15
Forward: "Work was tedious as ever" said by two voices at once.
Reverse: nothing...

0xx07 - February 24
Forward: "God did I wish I was imagining things"
Reverse: "Death shook (something else, 'me' perhaps?) to the core"

0xx08 - January 6
Forward: "Chance to read through the employee files"
Reverse: "Spoiled little brat"

0xx09 - January 10
*** This one actually has one of the voices split forward and backward + the second voice just really slowed down forward***
Forward: (something IND) "rather unexpectedly"
Reverse: "Was hand written"... and "No return address" when forward.

0xx10 - January 25
Forward: starting at 3.7 seconds I hear VERY quietly "Henry sick"... so what DLT thought was "May"... could possible be "made"??? So... "Made Henry sick"...???.... and then "Why?" at the end.
Reverse: There is something there but completely IND to me.

0xx11 - February 21
Forward: "More precisely I'm assuming..."
Reverse: "I haven't left home in two days"... possible slowed down a little.

0xx12 - February 15
Forward: "W-w-w-w-weirdest thing, yeah"... and then IND
Reverse: "Ive been noticing some irregularities"

0xx13 - February 21st
Forward: "I can't, I don't think I can" with a really creepy, loooow demon sounding laugh over the first half.
Reverse: "Jesus, I told myself I wouldn't..."

0xx14 - March 1
Forward: can only here "done" at the end after a bunch of IND.
Reverse: "with any luck after tonight..."

0xx15 - February 24
Forward: "Sure don't feel very lucky."
Reverse: "It had to be done...done...I know that now"

0xx16 - January 15
Forward: "Today was like yesterday" repeated over and over with a weird laugh at the end.
Reverse: "and the day before that" in the other voice repeated over and over. Weird one voice is continuing the sentence of the other voice??

0xx17 - February 7
Forward: "... now I guess"
Reverse: "When Sarah finally left my side that is... I'm starting to think that maybe..."??

0xx18 - February 28
Forward: "Everything I've (We've?) been working toward."
Reverse: "Aided in protecting the..." with aided looped a few times.

SOOO... the dates so far, in order, are:

January 6 (one release)
January 10 (two releases)
January 15 (two releases)
January 25 (three releases)
February 7 (one release)
February 15 (two releases)
February 21 (two releases)
February 24 (two releases - both the forward and reverse match eachother a little in subject matter)
February 28 (one release)
March 1 (two releases)

Okay, a lot of similar results + a few I didn't hear, will check those out at some point.

The next thing I'm going to do is group our collective findings into a .txt file, listing them by date rather than by entry. That way, if its true that these are further journal entries just as audio and wierdly screwed with, eventually sentences/paragraphs should start to immerge.

I'll start that now, and I'll upload it when I'm done (would be a bit long to quote) and update it if or when more people contribute.

Hey man, yeah!! After reading through a bunch of their lyrics and then finding this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xzKWge4rLfI (I have always been a HUGE Zepplin fan and I can honestly say that Tool pulls off an even better version of No Quarter) -- I think I'm going to have to pickup the Lateralus album on my way home from work today!! And then I think Aenima would be the next best one to grab??---Opiate and Undertow seem to be a little toooo "heavy" for me tho lol

Just a lil sidenote, anyone notice the smile face at the bottom of the 2nd file on the internet icon. Once you page all the way down from the journal entrys and click at the bottom a face comes up. Nothing im sure but was just wondering if anyone else noticed that.

Matched the runes from the Project::B6 page to the new image, in rustic Paint. Most interesting, I thought, was [WEAPON][MOON]. A government consortium wants to build a weapon on the moon? The moon is a weapon fueled by [OILx6]? Has a keener eye spotted the rune I couldn't identify? Did this attach correctly?

EDIT: Missing rune is [GREED].

What if we're lookin at this the wrong way -- maybe this is not connected to the projectb6 site and the WORDS these symbols represent on there are not what matters.

Are the symbols in this GIF represented in the puzzle game after you enter the anomaly on interdimensionalgames.com??? -- i wish I could play it again and take a screenshot of the symbols used there... but I don't have a second comp and don't know how to clear whatever "cookies" are being used. Maybe there is a cipher of some kind in there we're not seeing.

Ill have to admit tho, it is interesting what words ARE represented... government, oil, consortium, politics, weapon, moon, greed... hmmmmm...

Also yeah, the smiley face is EXACTLY the same as the one at the end of the second file within the "internet" icon on the desktop. So this file is for sure coming from the same person/thing that calls us seeker.

I feel as though the smiley face is making fun of me for not being able to figure all this info out.
