If someone could double check, that'd be awesome. Looks like the first chunks are lat/long coordinates. The other chunks are base64--I'm unsure about some of those, and the translations will be affected if I'm wrong, so a double check would be good.

Not sure what to make of the coordinates, they don't seem to work. For those that don't know the degrees can go up to 180 and minutes (fractions of a degree) can't go over 60. Using to first set's latitude as an example, LA8084 would be 80 84' which is wrong because there can't be 84 minutes. The one that does work is LA7317LON3339 (from the cobra part, 2nd video) which is in the middle of the Barentsz Sea. Unless we get information (like a news article) that takes place in Norway or Russia I'll take this as a coincidence that works.

I think there's another way to read these so that they make sense but I can't think of anything at the moment. Any ideas from you navigators and cryptographers out there?

yay stuff!! after watching both videos it looks like more of Henry's personality is possibly coming through? That's all I can think of to explain the whackyness in the videos. I think the codes are what matters and the rest is just extra stuff henry found interesting, maybe?? So basically yeah... I'm going with what Turducken said

Also John, I don't know sh*t about lat/long coordinates, but if I goto this site: http://itouchmap.com/latlong.html and type latitude 80.84 and long 42.53 it gives me the middle of the Arctic Ocean, east of Greenland. Or if I make the 42.53 a -42.53 (as this one says LON4253 and the other doesn't have the "N") it gives me northern Greenland. According to this site, when displayed by minutes and seconds, the 80.84 is actually about 80 degrees, 49 minutes, 40 seconds.

I'm thinking the 84 is like a % of the minute/seconds put together???

Alright, I went over the coordinates again and they do make sense. Thanks goes to sublimetime for pointing out that they were decimals. I don't sh*t about coordinates either... They form a line that goes from Sweden, across the north coast of Russia, and ends up in the Bering Sea, assuming it goes left to right. Not a clue what to make of this though.

Love this! Brilliant. Apparently the IDGI-1 project is a big deal if THE Vidal is involved. Maybe I'm looking too far into this but if this whole experience hasn't been the definition of wild speculation then I don't know what is:

So Alvarez is a skilled hacker breaking into Worldview. The only people who have access to Worldview's network are the staff, Henry, and (assuming, but I think it's safe) the Guardians. There's no way the employees or Henry would redirect Alvarez to the now anti-Henry IDGI site. My theory is that a rogue employee (like Kevin) or the Guardians realized that these talents would be better suited to stop Henry.

Of course there's no proof of any of this, but if it turns out I'm right I want to be able to put my hand behind my head, cross my feet on the desk, lean back, and say, "I called it." Preferably with CSI Miami theme afterward.

And hey John, quick question for you. I'm diggin' your theory but just wondering why do you think its a "now anti-Henry IDGI site"? I don't think ive seen anything that would press or support that. The only thing I can think of was back when the Guardian Children were posting to IPAddresser, Vidal was making twitter posts saying we can't trust them, etc. So if anything he is anti-Guardian Children. No? If you're thinking because of the posts Henry made to the IPAddresser site waaay back, I still don't know what to think of those. It was soooo out of character and went against the rest of his communications with us. I hope they explain that soon because it was really damn strange. Like why would he post only a few messages to ipaddresser and then stop entirely only to give us coded messages with the .gif files and through the .txt files? messages too that were completely different than the IPaddresser messages!!

and damn WoWo, how in the world did you ever find that video?!?! that music video is even trippier than the answering machine clip in the unknown transmission!!!
