dunno if its been mentioned anywhere, but a tree mysteriously appeared in the background of the twitter recently...

or im going crazy. either way.

I'd venture to say that page is legitimate, probably--as you said--to prevent gamejacks. 1.) Twits, tweets, twats or whatever the fuck it is is hidden from public eye. 2.) The only follower that account has, is the official MarbleHornets Twitter page.

However, it could be a third party that created the page for shitsandgiggles. It's hard to tell for sure.

Actually totheark is following marblehornets.

I'm going to go with the preventing gamejacks theory as well. If it were a gamejack then it would probably have revealed itself by now - I applied to follow its twitters quite a while ago.

Perhaps the MH crew were going to do something with it but decided against it as it would be too silly. After all, what would TTA write on Twitter? "Going shopping - list: new mask, SD card; cat food."
