Personal amendment:

You know you watch too much MH when you get the urge to start recording yourself.
And you have a camera.
And when you ponder actually doing it, you become frightened to use the camera in such a way because of the implications of what would happen to your feeble, paranoid little mind if you did so and found Slenderman or totheark on-camera in the footage.
So you just don't turn on your camera in your house unless absolutely necessary.

Also, more tangible (and relatable) reason: You know you watch too much MH when at least 90% of the things you 'share' with people on Facebook have to do with MH/EMH/TT/Slenderman/TTA in some way, shape, or form.

Oh gosh, so true. It's worse when none of your friends get it either. I have to stop myself from posting things sometimes, because I feel like I am spamming people XD

When you start to be afraid of skinny people in tuxedos.

When you start seeing the Operator symbol everywhere you go.

When you're walking to your bedroom half-expecting a guy with a mask to tackle you to the floor.

When you learn to make key lime pie.

When you start a pretentious film student project of your own in hopes of Slender Man appearing.

When you freak out that you don't remember last night and thinking that you encountered Slender Man. (despite you having a big drinking party)

When you try to scare your friends by dressing a mannequin with a tuxedo and placing it in their backyard.

When you practice your martial arts in case you encounter Masky.

When you make horrible jokes in a MH discussion forum (AKA me)

Your forum is now infected with this, like it or not. Enjoy.

 		Well, guys, I'll do it. I'm gonna start recording myself. I'm gonna record tonight as I sleep for as long as my gay-ass camera will allow. It'll be delightful, trust me.

I'd totally do that if I could. Ain't no way in hell I'd be able to though, I'm using my crappy-ass digital video camera which I can't connect to my computer and record live. I'm only 14 guys

EDIT: Forgot to add that my camera probably won't even record all night, but that depends on my SD Card's storage space. I'm sure 4 GB does not equal 6 1/2 hours. Probably only equals like 1.

He'd have to have a couple mics around his bed to make sure it would get picked up...hmmm, I should do this, it's certainly an excuse to buy a webcam.
