You know you watch too much MH when you get an update on your RSS feed, and it's from your YouTube subscriptions, and it's titled 'Entry #34' and even though you KNOW Entry #35 has already come you, you eagerly hold on to hope that for some reason totheark posted a video titled 'Entry #34' to screw with Jay or something, only to realize YouTube's subscription RSS totally blows and just gives you MH videos weeks late...
Shocked

That's happened to me ;-; I'll see Entry 35 as a new upload or something and momentarily forget I've already seen that one Sad

You know you watch too much MH when you introduce a friend to the series, let it sit for a day or two, then watch as she spreads the series among the rest of your friends and her other friends.

Another friend who already watched MH said it was beautiful how quickly they all went from knowing nothing about Slender man to being almost as obsessed as I am. He also said it's a good thing I don't do drugs. Laughing

You know you watch too much MH when you start getting contact-freak-outs from friends who just watch horror movies and think you see Slenderman in the TV of your bedroom.

Or when you friend Masky and Slendy on FB and can't stop laughing when their relationship status is "it's complicated with ______".

Lets see here, how all has my brain been messed with cause of MH...

1. Jumping at the sound of a neighbour's dog barking (You know, animals and the supernatural kinda thing)

2. Keeping a flashlight near my bed. Really should get my camera back too, just in case...

3. Listening closer to music, movies, etc. in case I start to hear distortions

4. Getting paranoid about wooded areas or if I get a cough

Funny thing is I've been doing the same thing with friends and family members, just telling them the story, showing a couple videos and going "I'm freaked out...and I need to tell everyone!"

You know you watch too much MH when you have nearly 100 gb of 8bit sound and time-lapse recordings of yourself sleeping.

It's been a week.

...when the kitchen door opening at two in the morning when no one else was up has given you a legitimate panic attack.

And on the right, we have casual wear for the modern slender man, in today's hectic world.

You spend your lunch breaks at work trying to re-organize the events of Marble Hornet chronologically.

A lot of space is taken up by question marks.

You freak out your friends by drawing operator symbols on everything and constantly try to get them to watch the series

Okay, here's my list, and of course these happened/happen to me. Here goes:

You know you watch too much MH when you:

1. Dream that you are Splendorman (I looked like the Operator but behaved and was treated like Splendorman. I even danced! Very Happy O.o )

2. Dream that you need to defeat Tim's mask and release him from a curse to save him (and then wake up and suddenly become a Tim fangirl)

3. Look out your window - see masks in the trees :O

4. Look for Slenderman/Masky lurking outside the windows in your bedroom on the second floor

5. Try to get friends and family into MH

6. (This one's for cashiers) Draw Operator symbols on the faces of bills when you use the counterfeit pen

7. Have a staring contest with a picture of Masky that you drew yourself. For added fun, keep said creepy picture in your bedroom. Feel awkward when changing clothes or sleeping. O.o It's watching you.

EDIT: I did actually reach a point where I wanted to put the picture that I drew of masky away because it was freaking me out too much. But I didn't, I still have it on display in my bedroom. Smile Like a bawss.

So that's some of my list. I love MH. Smile

You know you watch too much MH when you wake up in a hotel room with amnesia and a camera aimed at your bed.

Either that or you drank WAY too much last night and things got freaky...
