I disagree; there's just as much footage of Slender Man laying in wait as there is in him actively chasing after someone.

Re: entry 1, standing at the door, entry 13, where he's apparently waiting for Alex just around the corner, etc...

Maybe this is an insight from the other side about how Slendy does lie in wait, ready to ambush those he knows are going to come right to him.

Besides, the image of the deadly creature that may have eaten your friend and may now be after you just PACING, WAITING while you have this inevitable draw to go back to the place he's waiting in is a really potent one. Imagine how much more fear Jay would feel knowing that something is waiting for him?

I guess that the ambiguity of Admission is an important part of it. We'll just have to wait and see... but I think that the figure is Slendy, regardless of height issues. The thought that he exists outside of stalking menacingly at a character is intriguing. Down time builds his character for me, but doesn't make him seem any less fear-inducing.

Just throwing this out there, but it's a possibility.
Not sure if anybody has mentioned it yet.

Could it be that this is Jay in the video, during those hours that he wasn't in his bed in Entry #19?

He seems to be dazed, or sleep walking.

There was also the fact that he lost his memories after being attacked by masky, waking up the next morning in his car somewhere completely different. Could be him in the morning somehow...

Though I doubt that. XD

Besides, isn't Alex's house pretty far from Jay's? 3 hours is quite some time, but why would he be pacing around the living room like that?

Yes, yes, but look at it logically. The creators have a Slender suit which makes them much taller so that they can play the part of Slendy. They have always used that suit. Why would they stop now, and make him appear shorter for this one scene where you can't even tell if it's him or not? I refuse to believe they are that lazy; not with all that we've seen throughout the series thus far.

Granted, the suit may not have been able to be used due to OOG reasons, but they could have just worn the stilts or something. You can see his leg kinda lift up when he walks, and it doesn't look like he's wearing anything like that.

Someone said something about the ceiling being conveniently higher in that room, along with the door, and I suppose that's a possibility, but the person wandering didn't look Slendery enough. Personally, I think it was either totheark on the film, or Masky, or someone from the MarbleHornets crew; maybe even Jay himself. In previous Entries, Slendy's hands came down to about his knees, and they don't seem to in this video.

Watching it again, it's certainly possible it's Slendy, but the creators left me with the feeling that it's likely that it's not. I wonder if that was the intent.

Movie-making logic. Make him too tall and his head leaves the frame so nicely provided by the sliding door in the background. And since, in my opinion, the angle of the head is the dead giveaway that it's SM, it wouldn't make much sense to tape the scene with his head cut off so you couldn't see it clearly.

I think the lack of a new official Entry has us devouring minor continuity glitches as though they're major clues. It's Slendy. I'm sure of it.

They cut his head off in other shots why not this one? When he comes arund the corner in the hall you never see but his chin..... Had we seen just a torso "gliding" across the window i would have been "SHIT SLENDYS BACK" but it was half a person *seemingly almost all a perso if you lighten the video up some you see 60% of his lower half.* I think its not slendy. and the head isnt "cocked" to the side but bending forward like its looking at its feet.

Agreeing with nyc_jester; totheark is an artsy mo fo. He probably wouldn't film something that wasn't framed nicely. "Yo, Slendy, could youmoveabout 5' to the right and a coupleoffeet closer to the window? Your head's gettinglostintheshot, man!"

It can depend on the aesthetic the directors are going for, and the nature by which Slendy is caught on camera.

I for one still think it's Slendy and agree with Jester that the sparsity of entries has us jumping.

Well, like I said, the way it was done certainly made it seem that it's likely it wasn't Slender Man.

It's probably because he looks shorter than usual (thanks to the apparently high ceiling and door), and his arms aren't as long as usual. Also, when he moves his leg, there isn't a gap in the darkness between his legs, meaning he's wearing some pretty baggy suit pants. I guess it's possible that's part of the distortion, but if so, it feels out of place.

Also also, they could have made him a lot taller (about a foot) without his head leaving the "door frame", or the camera's view. Personally, I hope you're wrong, simply because the fact that that would mean the creators said "well, we can make it look real, or we can make it look pretty", and that they decided to go with the latter, makes me feel kind of sick.

I call Slendy. Look at the head, I think by association itself the weird-ass head angle is an indication itself. Why would any human be walking around like that? It looks intentionally done to invoke uncanny valley.

Secondly, look at the head shape. Yes, the video is distorted, but do you ever see an indication of hair, features, or even a neck? Anything besides the ovular blob of Slendy's head?

Seriously, I think you guys are overthinking the whole doorframe height thing. It's hardly a game-breaker that Slendy appears shorter than he did in other videos like you're making it out to be. Not like MH will be ruined FOREVER if they made him smaller for whatever OOG-reasons.

Well, in all fairness, the distortion could be causing the missing hair/whatever.

I'm merely pointing out the reasons it might not be Slendy. I'm sure that probably is Slender Man there, but it's certainly not out of the question that it may not be.

In retrospect, I do think we are over analyzing it. The point of it is creepy figures are wandering about that house now (maybe Slendy has been trapped there since Return?), and totheark is telling Jay there's shit he needs to find behind them doors. All the more reason Jay needs to get his ass back to that house.

So we're pretty sure that opening door is the cupboard instead of the locked door?

(XD For some reason that opening and closing 'by itself' was creepier to me than the wandering figure.)

Huh, I never thought of that. I was thinking about how they did it without any visible person opening or closing it (strings, wires, etc.), but I didn't give much consideration to why.

My theory is that totheark lives in that house, and he set that camera up to record the goings-on of the house proper, whilst he hides in the cupboard/other rooms. I still do not think totheark is Masky; I believe Masky is Tim, and he is against Jay and totheark for whatever reasons, whereas totheark is actually trying to help Jay. That could mean that if the figure wasn't Slendy, then it could have been Masky, wandering around. That also points to the possibility that Masky is being controlled by Slender Man, which I know is a popular one.
