You know, it could be like that. I still contend that the figure is Slendy, but if it seems trance-like, that would fit in with the idea of an Operator, like someone is controlling him. A trance is usually controlled or "operated" by someone else or a force outside the person who is in the trance.

I just characterized it as a glide because you don't really see the legs come apart during the walk, but a trance fits just as well. A gliding trance walk?

Being in a trance/being controlled by an operator seems to be a theme in this series, both with Slendy and with those who are in contact with SM. At least, those are the top theories.

I keep thinking that Masky is in the process of being transformed into something similar to Slendy. A horrible metamorphosis?

Interesting thought, especially after the last video with Alex and the weird "boiler room-eque" setting.

these two statements got into my head. what if water is a method of transportation for slenderman. boiler room might have the most water in the area esp if its a main water station for the area. it could explain some things that have gotten linked/ in my head lol

I'm also wondering about the description.
Does anyone feel the figure's walk is...not a glide. It's very slow and deliberate and almost like sleep walking.

Let's not forget...we're dealing with some kids with, I would imagine, a VERY limited budget; no doubt they lack the ability to realistically make anything look like it's gliding the way Slendy seems to. I think it's Slendy, and the trance-like walk is their way making him look like he's gliding.

EDIT: Also, his head is cocked almost exactly how it is when he shows up at the end of Entry 13. It's Slendy...end of discussion.

THANK YOU! Damn, finally some sense.

For those asking, there's a half-sized door located in the hallway leading to the front door. Jay opened it, looked inside, and saw the word "Bone" spraypainted in it.

And if you go back to that entry, Jay's first tour of the house, when he looks inside that little closet-thing, you can see some weird, tin-foil-like objects. One looks like a hand.

Probably worth investigating.

Quick question, I'm a bit too lazy to check the vids atm, what is the "locked door" referred to earlier?

Uh. At the top of the stairs in the mysterious, trashed house that Jay was attacked in, there's a locked door with drops of blood leading from it, to the bathroom.

Pretty much this. You expressed all the stuff I wanted to say, but just couldn't say because I don't like completely shutting people down. Smile

I know this has been said before somewhere on this forum, but this is something I agree with: I feel like Slendy, at least in this series, is a lot like The Gentlemen from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. They have the bald heads, the suits, and they glide along. Although, not completely like The Gentlemen, I just get reminded of them when I see Slendy.

That glide and that head cock are just creeptastic.

So was it established that there was no "last frame" image that youtube cuts off?

If this has been posted before, I apologize. But with things looking like we're getting close to an end game, I'm trying to get a good sense of what Brian's house looks like... does this seem to fit?

If so, is the locked room the one to the left of the top of the stairs, or the master bedroom? It looked it was one of those when I reviewed #16 again.

Heck, this may not matter at all. I'm just a curious sort, I guess. Rolling Eyes

There's nothing at the end. I slowed it down to .03 times the original speed and played the last 2 seconds. The video was listed as :42 seconds long, and I noticed that it bled over a bit, so about :42.1 seconds or so, which doesn't reveal anything except that VLC rounds down.

People have been crying "end game" for, like, the past five videos. We'll get there when we get there.
